It's a large place with plenty of space, and it's very clean. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaners and restaurant staff are very nice. We booked a family suite, and it was a large room with a balcony. They gave us a six-pack of mineral water, two bottles of red wine, fruit, a coffee machine with pods and milk, and a mini-bar with about 8 cans of soda. It's a really good, high-quality place for families with children, with lots of activities for kids. There are water slides, 5 shallow pools (up to 140 cm deep), and a private beach that is very clean with clear, calm water. The main dining room is varied and very tasty. There are also 4 themed restaurants: Greek, fish and seafood, Mexican, and Italian. We had dinner at the fish and seafood restaurant and the Italian one, and it was delicious. At the snack bars by the pools and the beach, they have fries, hot dogs, burgers, nuggets, fish and chips, pizza, toasties, and ice cream

Paradise on earth!
Me and my family are having the most amazing and special holiday here. Literally cannot fault a thing..pools are fabulous, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Only visited the buffet and grill so far and it is supreme. Beach is lovely too. Great location to visit Lindos and honestly the prettiest hotel we have seen on Rhodes.
So glad we chose to come here. ❤️

There are a lot of reviews on here giving this place either 1/5 or 5/5. In my many years' experience travelling and staying in 5 star hotels, I can honestly say neither of these is accurate, and I will explain why below:-
Positives
1. The staff in this hotel genuinely are at 5-star level - we found nothing to be too much for them, they were all so sweet and helpful and generally just seemed happy to be there.
2. There are areas around the hotel which really are at a 5-star standard - the lobby bar, the main restaurant, many of the a la carte restaurants, the public toilets...all of these were beautiful, clearly very recently renovated, and looked the part.
3. We found the cleanliness of the entire hotel to be fantastic, especially considering it's vast size
Negatives
1. The rooms from the two we had were significantly short of 5-star standard, looking dated in many areas and, for the money being paid, are borderline unacceptable. We had the best room in the hotel, the beachfront suite, and to name a few issues, the terrace door barely opening, the curtains let sun in from 7am, the bar located directly above was noisy sometimes until past midnight, and the 'living room' part of the suite looked like somewhere old dirty divans go to die (there were 3 of them in there and no sofa).
2. Food - the food provision at the main Belvedere buffet restaurant was ok although not kept particularly hot. The main issue was the repetition - almost everything we had appeared either daily or every other day - something we have never noticed in other hotels. Regarding the a la carte restaurants, again the food was disappointing, and there was no accommodation made for altering the meals, simply advised 'the food is pre-made so we can't change it'. Finally, the beach bar food was either heavily overrated chips or cold nuggets and fish fingers...very poor!
3. Drinks - with the exception of the lobby bar (where drinks were just about ok overall) the soft drinks and cocktails elsewhere were appalling and barely drinkable, with no similarity or familiarity to the taste of the same cocktails or soft drinks elsewhere. Where you are paying all-inclusive prices, not being able to drink the drinks does take away significantly from the experience. Also, and this is the worst point relating to drinks, the hotel provide 6 bottles of water, after which you must buy bottled water (from 5 to 17 euros for 6 bottles depending on brand). The hotel do provide water stations around the place but the water has been treated/chlorinated and tastes awful. For an all inclusive to not provide bottled water is actually insulting in my opinion.
4. Entertainment - again, the animation team were wonderful, but the provision of entertainment and things to do was so poor, especially considering the vast size of the hotel.
5. Convenience - the sheer size and hilly nature of this hotel mean that anyone with kids in buggies or mobility issues WILL for sure be exhausted with all the walking around. Nothing they can do about it, but something to be aware of.
Summary
This hotel is like a large village...with little bits of the hotel having had investment, and looking almost out of place surrounded by a lot of very tired, dated albeit clean rooms and other communal spaces. The service is absolutely at 5-star level, but the rooms, food, drinks and entertainment fall well short. The hotel should be re-graded or heavily reinvested in...as it stands, you really MUST avoid this hotel!
UPDATE: We were told 2 days before the end of our trip that we could ask for late checkout until 3pm subject to availability. Then one day before the end we asked to book in and they offered until 2pm because 'someone has the room booked' - turned out this 'booked room' was them offering our room to an existing guest as a free upgrade when we were happy to pay...had to wake our sleeping babies up as a result...appalling!

The good:
Good rooms, good shower, good wifi, great pools and attractions. Kids had fun and found what to eat in the dining room.
The bad:
Poolside food and drinks, medium at best.
Pool towels, really annoying process where you have to get them at the spa, which is really far from most of the rooms.
The site is built on a steep hill and to get to the slides for example, you have to climb 10 minutes up the hill.
Rooms had bouncy pillows which should extinct from existence.

The property is okay, although its prime days are long gone. The service, however, was absolutely disappointing.
Stay in early June 2025, 2 adults + 1 child (traveling with a one-year-old), package holiday with TUI.
THE PROPERTY:
The hotel grounds are open. The pools and the children’s pool were okay — surprisingly, we usually didn’t have a problem finding a free sunbed.
The elevator was rather inefficient and lacked air conditioning, although that’s a minor issue. There were only two elevators in the main building — definitely not enough for a complex of this size.
Given all of the above, the disgusting coffee and the lack of non-alcoholic beer at the bar stop being worth mentioning.
PARKING:
Our stay began with the unpleasant surprise that there was no parking, even though the offer clearly stated that hotel parking was available (subject to availability). It turned out that the hotel didn't have a single parking space. The only nearby option was parking by the roadside where "No Parking" signs are posted, and the police eagerly issue fines to tourists.
About 500 meters away there is a construction site which the hotel reception actually recommended to us as a parking spot — unfortunately, it’s full of sharp stones and there are even occasional snakes.
One time, we stopped our car directly in front of the hotel for literally 3 minutes to load our baby and stroller, and a hotel employee came and rudely told us to move the car immediately.
