The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and really made the holiday for my children. They loved the songs and the dances.
Food was ok, something different every day. Snack bar wasn't great compared to other AI hotels. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and the beach. China shop on the corner sell anything you could possibly need.
The pools are big and there were plenty of loungers for everyone. I expect it does get very busy in summer though. The baby pool was very small and was always busy, so we sometimes had to take our children in the big pool and wait until it had quietened down to take them in there.
The rooms were very spacious. We didn't like the sofa bed with our children being young, so we put the mattress and the big sofa cushion in the bedroom at the side of the bed and pushed the bed against the wall. There was still plenty of space to walk around and get changed etc.

Was a pleasant holiday. Good food and beer. Quiet room. Had few cockroaches in the room and round the hotel grounds but it’s what it is with open windows. First holiday with toddler and was fine… specially the splash pool.

Great size self catering apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely shower room, large living/dining area. Large outside patio. Pools great with lots of activities. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend for convenience to airport and price.

Where to begin – when we arrived and saw the pool area, I started crying – the dirt, omg. If people say this hotel was amazing, there are two possibilities: they have never been to a 4-star hotel, or they have never travelled. This hotel is not amazing.
The housekeeping was shocking. First of all, I had a pillow with mould for 3 days. For two days I asked to change it, and the housekeeper said no, even after she saw the mouldy pillowcase. On the third day, I couldn’t take it anymore – I went to reception and asked them, “Would you or your child sleep on this kind of pillow?” She said no and promised they would change the pillowcase and bring it to the room. That never happened – I had to go to reception again.
I made 5 complaints in 4 days – I even spoke with Monika, the manager’s assistant, who said our room would be cleaned between 10 am and 12 pm. That only happened once. Then housekeeping showed up at 4 pm, 5 pm, and even 6 pm. One day they didn’t come at all. We just gave up – and if I gave up, that says something. You spend all day in the dirty pool, and then housekeeping tries to clean the room in the evening. The room was dirty all the time. One day they changed the sheets, but didn’t give us another sheet for a cover. I had to ask, and you should have seen the housekeeper’s face. We have a 4-year-old daughter who likes to have a cover on top of her. Apparently, it’s not allowed to have a cover every day. We had a cover when we arrived, but when they changed the beds after 4 days, they took the sheet cover away. I’ve never seen such bad housekeeping in my life.
Food area – another dirty place. If you have read about cockroaches, it’s all true. While I was getting a coffee, I saw two cockroaches. I also wouldn’t suggest eating salads, because on the first day I found dirt there. I think they don’t wash the salads or fruit. The food is horrible – I even got diarrhoea from it. The quality of the food is shocking. There was one night I would say was okay. Let’s say, if you eat a boiled egg and the egg is blue inside – that tells you everything about this kitchen. Over-boiled eggs are just disappointing. We had breakfast from a shop most of the week – we even ordered McDonald’s because we couldn’t take it anymore. If you want quality, go somewhere else as soon as possible. It takes them ages to fill up the buffet.
Bar staff – no personality at all. I would say one of the women was even kind of rude and aggressive.
Reception – when I had issues with housekeeping, they didn’t resolve any of them. The receptionist was more concerned with her break. I worked in 4-star hotels – a smile and hospitality were a priority in our job. This hotel definitely doesn’t know what smiles and hospitality mean. They don’t know what to do with complaints – the only thing you hear is “nothing works.” And nothing worked for all 12 days.
Pool – the fights for old and crappy sun loungers are all true. They are old and rusty. When I read the comments, I never thought they were true – but yes, they are. And the dirt – omg – the pool is dirty, and around the pool is dirty. The “heated pool” is just on the website – there was no heated pool. I would suggest firing the housekeeping manager immediately.
Entertainment team – they were okay, but you can tell they are not paid much, and they do what they can. The shows are not great. We have seen amazing shows in 4-star hotels – this was very low-class.
If this hotel said they were 2 or 3 stars, no complaints whatsoever. But when they say on the website “luxury 4-star hotel” – not even close. They have no idea what they’re doing, and the service and standards are very poor. This hotel truly made my family’s holiday hell. We only go away once a year for 12 days – and I couldn’t wait to get home. We learned something from this trip – stick to hotel brands we know and never try anything new in this kind of country. We will never, ever come back, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay in this hotel who has any idea or experience of 4-star hotels.

This is our second time staying here we stayed last year and was great we came back in June 2025 for all inclusive however we wish we didn't, the food was not the best, the breakfast was decent, lunch and dinner was not good. we found ourselves eating pasta and rice most days while we waited for dinner to go out. It was abit off as we thought we would have had decent options for the money we spent.
Drinks were also lacking, spirits were fine but beer was only one option. And no cider.
The hotel staff, well where do I start, the reception staff was nice however I did ask for extra pillows on the second day we stayed for 10 days and we did not receive any pillows, I would have gone back up again but I was upset with what followed.
The bar staff were not nice, never had any smiles, rushed to give your orders and when asked to stop when pouring they just smile and keep pouring the drink making it like petrol, multiple times I had to ask for a separate glass so I could fill it up with a soft drink.
The bar staff change shifts around lunchtime, the morning staff were not nice, a lady behind the bar on numerous occasions was rude.
The first day we arrived I asked for some water thinking it would be free as we were all inclusive, she informed us it was not and we had to pay, we payed not knowing any different. however she was reluctant to tell us the bar had a water filter machine just behind her which gives free chilled water.
The cleaning, was not good... It was inconsistent our beds never actually got changed, they were made up but the sheets were not changed, the cleaners left clean sheets in the room? I have never been to any hotel where I had to make my own bed after spending the money we spent.
The next thing we were really upset with and was actually horrendous was the cleaner left the toilet brush beside the toilet and it was filthy with fecal matter on the floor. Like why was this not cleaned up. Horrible we had small children with us and we're glad we seen it that evening when we arrived back.
We had a small sitting area out the back, it was littered with old dead leaves when we arrived and remained the same when we left, not once was it cleaned up.
Also the door to our apartment would not close properly it was slightly opened from the bottom which of course let lots of cockroachs in.
The saving grace for this place was the the pool and kids facilities.
The entertainment team was also nice and engaging.
Having now been here twice we have made the decision not to come back.
