One of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are basic but the air con is unreal, and you’ve got everything you need. People booking this should understand it’s not a 5* luxury hotel – it’s cheap, cheerful, and perfect if you just need a place to get your head down. The location is spot on: only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, with the Old Town right outside the hotel, full of restaurants and bars. The New Town is around 10–15 minutes away, which is actually nice because you’re close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the noise. Great little spot if you’re after value for money and a comfortable base.

Basic hotel however very clean and in a great location Air con was great. Reception staff friendly and helpful. I'd stay again as super value for money and in such a great location for the beach and the old town. If your looking for cheap clean accommodation this is the one. Can't comment on the food etc as didn't eat here.

Lovely and clean hotel, was really surprised for the price! Great location and friendly staff. Nice bar adjoining it and very cheap. You can get a buffet breakfast with tea/coffee etc for only 7 euro. Would definitely come back again👌

We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Thanks to Carmen on reception - you are so helpful and welcoming.

Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and really made the holiday for my children. They loved the songs and the dances. Food was ok, something different every day. Snack bar wasn't great compared to other AI hotels. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and the beach. China shop on the corner sell anything you could possibly need. The pools are big and there were plenty of loungers for everyone. I expect it does get very busy in summer though. The baby pool was very small and was always busy, so we sometimes had to take our children in the big pool and wait until it had quietened down to take them in there. The rooms were very spacious. We didn't like the sofa bed with our children being young, so we put the mattress and the big sofa cushion in the bedroom at the side of the bed and pushed the bed against the wall. There was still plenty of space to walk around and get changed etc. Definitely recommend the hotel

Was a pleasant holiday. Good food and beer. Quiet room. Had few cockroaches in the room and round the hotel grounds but it’s what it is with open windows. First holiday with toddler and was fine… specially the splash pool.

Where to begin – when we arrived and saw the pool area, I started crying – the dirt, omg. If people say this hotel was amazing, there are two possibilities: they have never been to a 4-star hotel, or they have never travelled. This hotel is not amazing. The housekeeping was shocking. First of all, I had a pillow with mould for 3 days. For two days I asked to change it, and the housekeeper said no, even after she saw the mouldy pillowcase. On the third day, I couldn’t take it anymore – I went to reception and asked them, “Would you or your child sleep on this kind of pillow?” She said no and promised they would change the pillowcase and bring it to the room. That never happened – I had to go to reception again. I made 5 complaints in 4 days – I even spoke with Monika, the manager’s assistant, who said our room would be cleaned between 10 am and 12 pm. That only happened once. Then housekeeping showed up at 4 pm, 5 pm, and even 6 pm. One day they didn’t come at all. We just gave up – and if I gave up, that says something. You spend all day in the dirty pool, and then housekeeping tries to clean the room in the evening. The room was dirty all the time. One day they changed the sheets, but didn’t give us another sheet for a cover. I had to ask, and you should have seen the housekeeper’s face. We have a 4-year-old daughter who likes to have a cover on top of her. Apparently, it’s not allowed to have a cover every day. We had a cover when we arrived, but when they changed the beds after 4 days, they took the sheet cover away. I’ve never seen such bad housekeeping in my life. Food area – another dirty place. If you have read about cockroaches, it’s all true. While I was getting a coffee, I saw two cockroaches. I also wouldn’t suggest eating salads, because on the first day I found dirt there. I think they don’t wash the salads or fruit. The food is horrible – I even got diarrhoea from it. The quality of the food is shocking. There was one night I would say was okay. Let’s say, if you eat a boiled egg and the egg is blue inside – that tells you everything about this kitchen. Over-boiled eggs are just disappointing. We had breakfast from a shop most of the week – we even ordered McDonald’s because we couldn’t take it anymore. If you want quality, go somewhere else as soon as possible. It takes them ages to fill up the buffet. Bar staff – no personality at all. I would say one of the women was even kind of rude and aggressive. Reception – when I had issues with housekeeping, they didn’t resolve any of them. The receptionist was more concerned with her break. I worked in 4-star hotels – a smile and hospitality were a priority in our job. This hotel definitely doesn’t know what smiles and hospitality mean. They don’t know what to do with complaints – the only thing you hear is “nothing works.” And nothing worked for all 12 days. Pool – the fights for old and crappy sun loungers are all true. They are old and rusty. When I read the comments, I never thought they were true – but yes, they are. And the dirt – omg – the pool is dirty, and around the pool is dirty. The “heated pool” is just on the website – there was no heated pool. I would suggest firing the housekeeping manager immediately. Entertainment team – they were okay, but you can tell they are not paid much, and they do what they can. The shows are not great. We have seen amazing shows in 4-star hotels – this was very low-class. If this hotel said they were 2 or 3 stars, no complaints whatsoever. But when they say on the website “luxury 4-star hotel” – not even close. They have no idea what they’re doing, and the service and standards are very poor. This hotel truly made my family’s holiday hell. We only go away once a year for 12 days – and I couldn’t wait to get home. We learned something from this trip – stick to hotel brands we know and never try anything new in this kind of country. We will never, ever come back, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay in this hotel who has any idea or experience of 4-star hotels.

This is our second time staying here we stayed last year and was great we came back in June 2025 for all inclusive however we wish we didn't, the food was not the best, the breakfast was decent, lunch and dinner was not good. we found ourselves eating pasta and rice most days while we waited for dinner to go out. It was abit off as we thought we would have had decent options for the money we spent. Drinks were also lacking, spirits were fine but beer was only one option. And no cider. The hotel staff, well where do I start, the reception staff was nice however I did ask for extra pillows on the second day we stayed for 10 days and we did not receive any pillows, I would have gone back up again but I was upset with what followed. The bar staff were not nice, never had any smiles, rushed to give your orders and when asked to stop when pouring they just smile and keep pouring the drink making it like petrol, multiple times I had to ask for a separate glass so I could fill it up with a soft drink. The bar staff change shifts around lunchtime, the morning staff were not nice, a lady behind the bar on numerous occasions was rude. The first day we arrived I asked for some water thinking it would be free as we were all inclusive, she informed us it was not and we had to pay, we payed not knowing any different. however she was reluctant to tell us the bar had a water filter machine just behind her which gives free chilled water. The cleaning, was not good... It was inconsistent our beds never actually got changed, they were made up but the sheets were not changed, the cleaners left clean sheets in the room? I have never been to any hotel where I had to make my own bed after spending the money we spent. The next thing we were really upset with and was actually horrendous was the cleaner left the toilet brush beside the toilet and it was filthy with fecal matter on the floor. Like why was this not cleaned up. Horrible we had small children with us and we're glad we seen it that evening when we arrived back. We had a small sitting area out the back, it was littered with old dead leaves when we arrived and remained the same when we left, not once was it cleaned up. Also the door to our apartment would not close properly it was slightly opened from the bottom which of course let lots of cockroachs in. The saving grace for this place was the the pool and kids facilities. The entertainment team was also nice and engaging. Having now been here twice we have made the decision not to come back.

We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Review for Titanic Beach Hotel I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. My experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The food was of extremely poor quality, tasteless, and unsafe — it caused severe stomach pain for both us and our children. The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, especially a receptionist named Verna, whose attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The rooms were in bad condition, with uncomfortable beds and terrible mattresses. The swimming pool was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The staff overall were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Even the hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I paid a large amount of money expecting quality service, but instead, I got disappointment, illness, and stress. There is no value for the money, and the hotel completely fails to deliver even basic standards. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I liked the hotel, we had a family vacation there, a very diverse program, lots of shows and water activities. My daughter especially liked the kids club and the girls who work there, all evening she said that Josi and Milana are very funny and cool. And she was also happy when Milana drew her favorite character for her. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that after one dinner my stomach hurt, maybe something wasn't very fresh..., but it didn't spoil our vacation

It was 2 days in hurghada and they were pretty good I'll start my review with the food it was actually tasty but as a Muslim, beef was such a great problem. whenever I went to a hotel that tourists from Europe came in they eat some foods that I can't eat such as pork. if they would put a sign and say "halal meat" or smth that will be so good. The cucumbers tasted like zucchini and no enough options for proteins plus we all know that breakfast starts and ends at a certain times they would be late for organizing i once came at 6:00 not a single second early nor late they said they still need time (half an hour) and they would pull out the plates from the counters before 15 min early!! You might think it's not a big deal but for such a resort that would be rated as a 5 star they would definitely focus on these little details the service wasn't great the garcons treated us badly with some really bad eye manners and that yellow smile they put on their face whenever we ordered smth plus, our orders would come late or a wrong one. the cleaners of the bathroom should clean better and spray a good smell y would I like to smell an animal's poop inside? Also y was a fox inside the hotel!!?! The pools were not clean especially the fake beach I saw a cockroach inside and I was so disgusted. I was bare feet when I actually wanted to go for water slides and the marble doesn't give a nice decoration and it is too slippery I slipped on the ground 100 times!! The high and low tides had ruined my vacation and the stage wasn't fun and there were some scenes that children can't see like couples belly dancing! Or couples sitting on each other's lap? And what I was sad from is that who presented that was and Egyptian I felt so sad as an Egyptian that a guy from the same country wanted others to think Abt us smth bad, ik that most of the ppl were European but also some don't like their kids or them to see these things. The room's bathroom is too slippery and very small. The shower door covered the bathroom door (not efficient) No prayer rooms or prayer rugs to pray sadly or even the direction of the qibla but there are multiple bars and clubs totally great 😩 In conclusion, Absolute failure I don't everrrrr suggest or recommend coming to that hotel

I have quite a list so we can start: Pros: 1. The location of the hotel and the facilities are very good. 2. The bridge that takes you 3 to 400m to the sea where a coral is located with an amazing subaquatic fauna... colorful fish, sting rays, large turtles, I presonally saw one large size turtle like the one I saw at the Hurgada Grand Aquarium. 3. The food is good with a large variety, but it laks a bit the taste. 4. Snaks and drinks were widely available all day in all locations, hotel, pool, beach. 5. Child friendly with lots of activityes, mini disco every evening, swiming pools and slides for kids and adults. Cons: 1. The room we received had very old beed sheets but were clean and we are not very pikey people. 2. The cleaing services of the rooms could have been better. 3. The staff is almost, as I say almost begging for typs all the time, at some moments you can get a bit upset with that. 4. The aircon of the room (depends what room you receive) worked for 15 min after it went to error and only the blower was working, wich I might add that even on low was quite annoying. 5. The swiming pool and beach program end at 18.00 wich is to say the least dissapointing ! Overall we were happy with our stay there, but I would not go for a second time !

Overall a great budget friendly holiday considering the amount we payed. We stayed for a week and had a good time. The hotel rooms are more like a mini apartment, nice and spacious although furniture was a bit outdated, still a comfortable place to sleep and shower so can’t complain! Would’ve liked it to be a bit cleaner when we arrived- the floor was dirty which meant we couldn’t walk around in socks only but I understand that can’t always be helped especially if previous guests are wearing dirty shoes in the room. Cocktail of the day and sandwich bar were a nice touch, Dylan one of the bar staff members was always lovely and quick to make our drinks! He dealt with the long queues very well despite only 1 staff member being behind the bar at a time. Could’ve done with having atleast 2. Sometimes found when other bartenders were on the bar, it would be left. once we waited over 10 minutes with no one serving with a massive queue starting to form! For the meals, there could’ve been more selection- lots of fish options each day which doesn’t appeal to everyone, although i understand you can’t always please everyone. Sufficient for us and reasonable for a budget hotel, breakfast was our favourite. Overall, a good holiday for the price and would come back (although we don’t often stay in the same place twice!).

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL it is dirty the rooms are very dated with no air con it really hard to get to sleep with it been so hot because of this. 90% of the staff are rude and u helpful. You are not allowed inflatables or balls in the pools. The sunbeds are not cleaned and was never cleaned the whole time we was there. We were all inclusive but the pool side snacks during the day are a joke ice cream pots, biscuits or make your own sandwich with stale bread and a selection of cheese meat and salad . Main meals the dinning area is small and the food is very average the staff make you feel more of a pain been there then any hospitality.Don’t go to this hotel if you want to have fun

Second time staying here. Although the rooms need updating and would hugely benefit from AC we had a lovely stay. Entertainment was great, lots for all to do. Juan was amazing, always happy any friendly, one of the front desk mathias was very helpful and so was maria. We will definitely visit again.

Great value for money. As with most 3 stars room was basic and food could at times be samey but plentiful. Never left hungry! However hats off to the chefs as theme nights and the show cooking area was always very good. Not a huge variety of drinks on all inc, however bar staff always friendly and helpful. Cleaners and grounds men were alway busy and worked very hard. Entertainment was provided by Juan, he was always friendly and included as many as wanted to join in. Variety of entertainment in the day and evening. Juan is a credit to the hotel. Location is a 25 min walk to main beach, shops and bars. Around 10 mins to a smaller beach with a few bars.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but very clean. Always got a sunbed at pool. Restaurant had plenty of choice of food and drink. Third time at Costa Teguise Gardens and improving every time we visit. Enjoyed the walk to the shops and beach every morning. Will definitely be back.

Rooms are a bit dated but the cleaners are wonderful. The pools are absolutely fabulous. The food is good, something for everyone, lots of fresh salads, rice, pasta, pizza for the kids! Bar staff are brilliant. Entertainment staff were good. The kids disco is too competitive and should just focus on dancing, it left our little one in tears more than once, so we stopped going, he just wanted to dance. Over all we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

Enjoyable stay. Good pool, nice beach nearby (jump off the cliff it's fun.) Good variety of food and good quality. Squid paella with squid ink rice was a particular highlight for me but caters to all tastes, always different types of meat and fish and potatoes and veg, fresh fruit, nice cakes. Me and my family have had a wonderful 7 days at the hotel and really enjoyed it, the rooms are basic but fine, the beds were comfy and the air con worked really well. It's a ten min walk down a lovely path to the beach, the sea is lovely and clear you can see fish by the rocks and also jump into the sea from one point on the cliff. The food was varied and very tasty the staff work really hard cleaning the tables and topping up the buffet, we never had any trouble finding a large table. The pool area is massive and the pool never felt really crowded and they also put on some excellent entertainment around the pool, we did not have any problems getting enough sunbeds for a lovely relaxing day by the pool eating and drinking plenty lol. The staff all work really hard so thank you for a really lovely week's holiday which we will never forget.

This is my fourth day of a solo holiday just for a break in the sun. It’s a large hotel with 3 different buildings. One large dining room, pool bar and couple of others on an evening. It’s spotlessly clean the staff work tireless and I’ve encountered them friendly and helpful. The food is fine, typical 2 /3star buffet always fresh salad, bread and fruit in hand. Wine on tap in the dining room as well as juices etc. Menu is changed daily and again spotlessly clean. Sunbeds are fine they are comfortable but bring a pillow as they don’t sit up. The little shop sells blow up wedges for them. Sunbeds washed down every night and pool area cleaned thoroughly. Also bear in mind it’s a budget hotel and there are lots of families with children. Don’t leave reviews moaning putting people off when you expect cordon bleu meals for this price. Ignore the bad reviews it’s not that bad! Plastic cup situation yea cool idea but I like a nice glass. Check in could be easier and faster too

Lovely area, nice hotel. No kettle in room, if you want one it's €20. I bought one. No TV Remote, it's €20. Rooms are clean. Food mixed bag of meals, wasn't a lover of it. All inclusive, but you can't take food out. You can't take fruit out. Snack bar, same food daily, hamburg, chicken nuggets & toasties. Also, you hire your cup for the bar €1 per cup, you can't get a drink without it, you have to carry it with you, they do swap them out at bar, but carrying the cup constantly is a pain. Crazy logic to it. The pools are awesome, entertainment with interaction with fun. While in pool, Town is 5 minute walk, Cooked breakfast was amazing at the travellers Inn. Lovely gifts and plenty to find in the shops.

Mixed review here- this hotel is very cheap and defo great for families / people on a budget. I will start with the negatives and end with the positives - of corse please be mindful this is only my opinion- I have stayed here twice- once in 2017 and again in 2025. I will do a honest review comparing both stays. Negatives- •It is up a really steep hill- location is not very ideal (but close to aqualand) taxis up from the beach are around 7€ • food is not the best (even since my stay in 2017) •the room i stayed this time (1bed apartment) was really small, uncomfortable beds, rusty bath, very out dated and needed a good lick of paint and a clean up, however back in 2017 i had a 2bed apartment the experience was very different and all positive about the room (comparing to a budget and not 5star of course) •the extra bed in the room was a piece of wood and a thin matteress. •entertainment is non existent on a weekend which is a shame. •no air con - they do offer a fan hire at 20€ deposit (i think) and im sure it was like 15€ for 3 days. All though the fans were rubbish and blew warm air out, on their fastest spin it was like having a standard uk 16” fan on setting 1. •the whole areas like pool, slopes etc need a good lick of paint and sprucing up abit, nothings changed since 2017 just got worse. •sun loungers not the best- just standard lay down ones, cant adjust the back. •wifi is only in public areas and not very good. Pros- •cheap to stay and cheap all inclusive upgrade 23€ per adult per day and children half price! •they were quick to rectify the un-comfy spare bed and brought us another mattress to put on it. •staff and guests are friendly and welcoming (both times ive stayed) •the pool area is big enough to enjoy and there is a park just behind it. •no sun-bed wars (both times) •aqualand in walking distance •cleaners come round every 2 days to clean the rooms. •reception very helpful. I have stayed in both laguna park 1 and 2 and i would rather pay that little bit extra and stay in laguna park1 , it is nicer and better location, plus entertainment there is every night including weekends.

Such an amazing place to stay! The staff go above and beyond and are so good with kids! They adored my little boy and always made a fuss of him. The view is incredible, especially when there’s a sunset. You can see pretty much everything, we constantly watched boats and different activities. The view of the volcano is incredible. The pool is huge, it included a shallow closed off area for children/babys, which was extremely clean. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel is beyond amazing and me and my family will 100% be coming back.

Brilliant holiday, This hotel is ideal for families in mind. Very friendly and professional staff, able to help every time. Security always on hand to help, Buffet breakfast is a must! Huge pool kids love it! Amazing parrot show in the entertainment area, located next to Aqualand. I was scared reading other reviews however I can honestly say, I did not see a single insect in the apartment next to the pool - Wish we could stay longer and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Laguna park 2, we had the best first family holiday! x

Laguna Park 2 is located in a beautiful area with amazing views. Breakfast and dinner were surprisingly very good, with plenty of options and tasty food. However, the building is quite old and there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, which was a big issue in the warm weather. We had to pay around €5 per night to rent a standing fan, which felt a bit unreasonable. The rooms are basic and don’t include even small essentials like soap, which you'd normally expect. That said, the price is quite affordable for a 2-star place, and you get what you pay for. Overall, decent if you're on a budget and don’t mind the heat — but for comfort, there's room for improvement.

Was very scared about coming at first due to other reviews. But when we arrived we saw absolutely nothing wrong with the rooms, they were very clean and a little out of date but I don’t know what some people expect for how cheap it is. The cleaners came and did a very good job and were very lovely. The pool is very lovely, the staff are very lovely. Just had a great experience over all to be fair. There are a few cockroaches that make their way into the room but unfortunately that is to be expected and not the staffs fault. People are quite noisy on a night aswell but again not the staffs fault. Can’t comment on the food as we booked self catering just in case. The location is a little annoying with the massive hill but we just got taxis. Would definitely stay again

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly attitude. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and were always happy to help with any questions. The atmosphere was genuinely inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable – I had some of the best nights of sleep during my stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. My sister and I really liked our stay at Castival hotel. Their staff is very polite yet professional. The whole hotel and the rooms were immaculately clean all the time. Even on the buffet table and hall, there was always someone cleaning the spilled liquids or food. I never saw even one table that had a stain on it because that is how quickly their staff would change it. Food was fantastic, numerous options and they change menu every day. There is cafe , Lobby bar ,ice cream and waffle dessert 3 pm to 5 pm and pool side snack and drinks bar ,all part of all inclusive deal if you get that. They arrange entertainment show almost every night and beach is not that far away within 5 min walk or 2 min via shuttle ( if you want to go to the hotel's designated beach loungers). My only feedback to improve is: Rooms can improve a little bit more with bigger and smart TVs instead of old small ones. For kids with families, there are two pools ,separate kids pool ,water slides, ice cream and fresh made waffles time 3 to 5 pm, kids club, and of course the beach ⛱️. For adults like us , apart from the hotel itself, there are shopping and market areas near by . We booked activities like pirate boat trip , Turkish hammam and we were happy with both! Overall it was a great trip and Castival hotel made a huge part of it and we will definitely book this place again. (ps : we booked via Loveholidays)

5/5 – A Fantastic Stay at Castival Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Castival Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, clean rooms and beautiful decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — a huge variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and delicious local and international dishes. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant, and everything was kept spotless.

The location is great, very close to the beach (a shuttle goes there every 10 minutes and takes only about 2 minutes). The beach bar was renovated recently and looks amazing, the vibes are great there. The staff is friendly and all of the hotel facilities are maintained and clean. The rooms are clean and nice and cleaned daily and the towels switched as well, they even provide pool/beach towels which can be changed every day if wanted. I don‘t have anything to criticize actually, and enjoyed the whole stay, especially for this good price!

We found the hotel very welcoming and the staff as well. The rooms were a decent size for a family one and the air conditioning was a life saver. The restaurant was comprehensive and had a good range of food options. Overall a great experience and guest services was also very helpful in printing our boarding passes as our printer broke before the trip and you need the paper versions at Antalya airport.

Let’s start with the good point. LOCATION. Room are dated but can’t complain with how clean they were fresh towels daily That’s the only positive this hotel provides. Arrived Wednesday hotel was pretty quiet food very limited but did manage egg on toast. By Thursday the full hotel was rammed (fully understand it was Eid) 99% of the hotel was occupied by Turkish people celebrating which I have zero issue with however the hotel seemed to them only accommodate for them,food music and even speaking! The hotel was so full we could never get space around the pool or at entrainment,which resulted in us having to seek alternative outside the hotel, no ideal on a ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY. Due to the celebrations we had people around the pool till 6AM YES 6AM!! Playing music and drinking then by 9am pools rammed again. Hotel allowed this just going to say this as a fact if that was British people we would have been made to leave the pool and keep are noise down!! After day 1 the food was totally inedible couldn’t find anything we could eat other than chips so again we eat out everyday. Will say most of the guests were friendly despite the language barrier however some were rude and entitled. Wouldn’t come again

Im now giving this a 2 because I’ve been reading the reviews and everyone is saying its horrendous. Me and my mum came here 7 or 8 years ago and it was a 5 star, just looking at it now it looks very poorly and not taken care of very well. It’s gone downhill so badly.

I went on trip to Marmaris with mine family and we stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Food was lovely and always fresh. Everyone could find something to eat.

Do not stay at this hotel supposed to be all inclusive,,,, never no drinks at the bar only lager no snack bar food is absolutely shocking. Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money. You would be better off sleeping at the side of the road in a tent

Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it. Entertainment was not as expected, but given the time of year, there were hardly any customers, so I totally understand on the hotels part. The location was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beaches and Entertainment on the strip was good. I highly recommend going to Sweet Corner for food and night entertainment. They do a great full English/Scottish breakfast too, with real pork. Sweet Corner also provide a free travel service to and from thos hotel as they are in partnership with them!
