Rome City Break – The Details

The Rome city break for two will include a 3 night’s stay at a 4* hotel in the centre of Rome, with B&B, flights, transfers…and if that wasn’t enough, we are throwing in a tour of the city where you get the chance to stop off at some of Rome’s most famous sights, including the amazing Colosseum and the Sistine Chapel.

• The Holiday Gems ‘Xmas Prize Draw’ is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

• Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry to us.

• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

• The Prize Draw closes 23rd December 2015. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

• There is only one winner who will receive a 3 night trip for two people to Rome, Italy. The prize consists of return economy class flights from London, shuttle transfers to and from the airport in Rome, standard accommodation in a minimum 4 star accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis and a hop on-hop off city bus tour.

• The airline tickets are based on two economy class return tickets between London Gatwick and Rome Fiumicino with a departure date of the 25th January 2016. Requests for alternative dates, regional airport departures, duration and additional passengers may be purchased at additional cost where applicable. Chosen dates will be subject to availability.

• The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable or non-endorsable.

• The traveller’s companion must be aged 18 or above.

• The winner and the winner’s travel companion must travel together and all components of the prize must be taken together.

• The prize does not include domestic UK transfers, travel insurance, spending money or incidental costs (such as additional meals, telephone calls, mini bar items, laundry etc) other than those stated. The winner is responsible for taxes and/or surcharges on prize and shall ensure that the winner and his/her travel companion have valid passport/visas where necessary.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

• A person independent to Holiday Gems will choose one winner from all qualifying entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified within 14 days from this date. If the winner is not contactable within seven days from first contact, Holiday Gems reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

• Holiday Gems retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

• The winner may be required to agree to a photograph of themselves being placed on the www.holidaygems.co.uk web site and other social media pages along with their name and city or town.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Holiday Gems accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
