The service from everyone at this resort was top tier. Most importantly I dealt with concierge Mon my entire trip. She help book all the services I needed in advance. Everything that I requested she made happen. Her service was amazing. Without a doubt I will request her again on my next visit. The food was good. Alcohol selection was good. Entertainment was good.

From the moment we arrived at the buffet, Julian made us feel like VIP guests. His warm smile, attentive service, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. He was always quick to make sure our table was clean, our drinks were full, and that we had everything we needed—often anticipating our requests before we even asked.
What stood out most was his friendly personality and professionalism. Julian went above and beyond to make sure every visit to the buffet was not just a meal, but an experience. You can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in his work.
If you visit Temptation Resort, I highly recommend looking for Julian—you’ll be treated to exceptional service that will make your stay even more memorable.

What an incredible experience! My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Sea Flirt in Cancun, and it was truly unforgettable. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by the dynamic trio of Damaris, Jorge, and Israel (Runso).
Their service was beyond exceptional. They paid such close attention to detail that they memorized our daily breakfast order—French toast, eggs, guacamole, hash browns, omelets, mimosas, and green juice—after just one visit! It wasn't just about the food, though. They were incredibly hospitable, caring, and funny, making every meal a highlight of our trip.
They went above and beyond, not only serving us but also engaging in a wonderful cultural exchange. They were eager to practice their English, and we were just as excited to learn new Spanish phrases. This made our experience even more special and personal.
If you're in Cancun, you absolutely have to eat at Sea Flirt and ask for Damaris, Jorge, and Israel. Their incredible service, paired with the delicious food, creates an experience you'll never forget. We will definitely miss them!

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience! The service is excellent! They have the most amazing staff have ever come across in the whole wide world especially Julian, Kelvin and Oscar are very attentive always checking on us if we need anything at the buffet. If you don’t have an open mind then this place isn’t for you cause it’s a topless resort which is optional. They have enough food and drinks and lots of party activities We sure coming to temptation again!

The view in the rooms and the hotel itself is stunning, during the day and night as you are at the beginning of the hotel zone in Cancun. ✨️
The pool and the entertainment is probably the biggest reason people come here, and for good reason. A lot of activities to entertain the people which is through sports and games which if you want, includes flashing body parts as penalty. 🫣

The BAD 👎
We stayed only one night and we got offered to get a tour in the hotel to see the possible "benefits and offers" we can get offered before our check-out.
We got personally walked through the entire hotel with a young lady to talk about our intentions of possibly wanting to come back, our travel plans for the future and we were offered a premium deal through a plan, it was pretty clear we were being pressured into a "deal" going into almost €10k, after being told we can't think it through, "it's either a yes or no" and we had to decide now. 😶
After being shown her managers telling us the same thing and us declining the offer we were coldy walked back to the reception were we then checked out immediately.
We were not forced into anything, but we were definitely pressured into agreeing to a costly offer. And we did get gifted a tequila and a later check out, after being with the lady for three hours.
Our check-out left us with a bittersweet end to our stay which if it weren't for this incident, I would've given this stay 5 stars.
We definitely will come back, but we will avoid talking about deals.
