Fantastic trip. All food and staff are excellent. Butlers Alex and Leo served as excellent guides for the trip. Playmakers work so hard to make everyone welcome and keep the party going. Incredible entertainment. Rose Spa provides at fantastic experience. Bell service is on top of everything. We will return.

Another amazing vacation with great people. This is why we come back every year sometimes multiple trips a year since 2009. From the minute we get out of our VIP shuttle and see familiar faces we know we are where we should be “home”Check in was easy even though the Premier office was in the hallway due to renovations. Norma was wonderful as always. Loved seeing Geny’s smiling face. Can’t say enough about Mike and Lili at the pool. They are so helpful and helped us pull off a fun game with some friends. Jones from Sutra makes our day everytime we see him. From running around the resort and pool making reservations for Sutra to being the best waiter we have ever had from back in his Flame days to now knowing exactly what we would like to order from Sutra. We let him take the wheel when it comes to our dinners. So kind and polite and super attentive. Thanks to everyone for another great trip and can’t wait to see you all again soon!!!

As early as 11am we were checked into our room. The staff were so welcoming. The receptionist (Kenia) was so amazing- she upgraded our wristband because it was my birthday.
Our room was also decorated and treated with a bottle of champagne as a birthday treat. Thank you so much Marcos.
The day time pool parties were so lit. Not to mention the night themed parties. It was just good vibes and a non judgmental space.
The staff in the restaurants/bars were so friendly. Leo, carol and Diego we appreciate y’all. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The action and fun is the pool and the events every evening. They do a great job with with the entertainment and people enjoy dressing up for the theme nights . Food is very good for breakfast buffet, Sutra is consistently good for hibachi and lunch around the pool is great for fresh sushhi and burgers or hor dogs. Dinner is ok but great if premier member for the beech cook out or dinner at sky. The butler service was very good this trip. Azul was lovely and very attentive as our butler . People are friendly and will strike up conversations . This was our 4th trip. I recomend the tower as not only arecthe rooms nicer but its quieter.
