Love this hotel and everything about it. Stayed twice in Star Prestige Sea View Suite on a bed and breakfast basis. Staff are amazing and they can’t do enough for you. Special shout out to Star Prestige pool bar team who make your holiday every single day smiling and laughing and always a job well done. Also to Steffi in Star Prestige reception. Plenty of activities throughout the day for the children with kids clubs (we have only done Star Prestige) Everything is spotlessly clean and well kept. If you are thinking about booking this hotel it won’t disappoint. Pictures of pool snacks in Star Prestige that are included with drinks until 7pm every day. We’ve stayed here many times and cannot fault the service throughout the hotel. All of the staff are so happy and helpful (except the towel guy at star prestige pool who is very grumpy)
Charaf, Manuel, Raul and all of the team at star prestige bar are brilliant. Nothing too much trouble for them and they are a very positive happy vibe.
Steffi on reception deserves a mention - she is amazing, so helpful and attentive.

We have spent a week here, in mid October. We stayed in a Prestige Junior Suite on the ground floor. We particularly enjoyed the Prestige Pool Bar, where the staff were helpful and charming and the evening musical entertainment was fun and excellent. The lifeguard also deserves a special mention for being so attentive, friendly and kind in helping guests with chairs,bowels and parasols. We loved Ester, the energetic entertainment lady and all the waiting staff have been utterly wonderful.
The only improvement we would recommend would be to have a more comprehensive choice of snacks and food at the Pool Bar.
I have mobility problems and use a walker, and was with my elderly mother, we found the accessibility excellent. The handrail into the jacuzzi and pool were very helpful. There is also a pool chair hoist for the less mobile. Level access and ramps everywhere, really good and everyone was so helpful and friendly.
We would happily return and hope we will. Thank you to all the hotel team for a wonderful holiday.

Second time coming to this hotel and second time I have been blown away by the incredible service, rooms, staff and food!! If you are looking for a hotel that really looks after you, this is what you need.
Went Star Prestige this time and everything from check in, to check out was nothing but perfect. The cleaning staff do an incredible job each and every day, the chefs and waiters are always on hand whatever you need and the pool bar staff are beyond exceptional.
It’s always hard to leave this place as it does seem like a little bit of paradise with the best levels of service that really makes you feel special!!
Got to try the spa facilities and can say for sure I was more relaxed leaving than I have felt for a very long time.
I will be returning - that I am sure of!!

I visited Iberostar Lanzarote Park at the end of August-beginning of September. While I did not stay in Star Prestige, so I can’t comment on that part, I do believe the rooms in the standard area could use improvement as they were definitely not in perfect condition.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. I had an issue during my stay, and I must give a special shout-out to Marina from Reception and Daniel, the Front Desk Manager. Both provided exceptional support and handled the situation with quick and firm decision-making. Their professionalism turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Employees like these should be praised to the fullest. Without their top-notch service, my rating for the hotel would have been much lower. Kudos to Marina and Daniel for making the stay so much better!
