If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is the ideal place. Room with sea view is a must and would recommend having one with access to privilege lounge where you can get free drinks and snacks. Food is good with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner (as we had access to privilege lounge we booked half board). Water stations available throughout the hotel - a must in hot weather.

Stayed here in September 2023 in a double sea view room. Absolutely worth the money. Room was, clean, fresh, spacious with a great amount of storage, and the views from the Balcony breathtaking.
We were all inclusive, breakfast was great with plenty of choice, evening meals also. Lunchtime selection however I found to be a let down - repetitive and not much to choose from. Snacks at the pool bar were a decent alternative to the lunch. Very good selection of drinks available on A.I. the cocktails and wine are lovely. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as we were either out or on the lounge bar terrace, which was lovely to sit out on in the evening. Booking direct with the hotel gave one free visit per person to the Spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Booked through Easyjet holidays.
Junior suite booked with beautiful seaview, room large, separate lounge area, 2 TVs, beds very comfy, walk in wardrobe, good shower, silent fridge, kettle and nespresso machine, quiet, large balcony with chairs and nice loungers but due to position no sun from 4pm . Bath edging was breaking down and bit rusty, shower screen too small for shower so floor sometimes flooded. Blackout curtains, but large gaps down the sides of curtains let in bright light from promenade and hotel. Take eye mask! Access to Privilege lounge comes with premium rooms- we walked into this lounge and straight back out again! Privilege lounge in basement, glass wall on one side with view of spa entrance, lounge dark and dismal inside, complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks, few sweet and savoury snacks, no atmosphere, 4 people drinking in there glared at us when we walked in, not nice so we left and didn't return. A glass of wine with a meal would be a better Privilege! Or some wine/beer in room fridge.
Staff lovely throughout. Helpful and friendly.
Drinking water machines throughout hotel, free.
Breakfasts let down by not having real bacon, instead it was reconstituted meat slices with artificial smoked flavour, revolting! Sausages tinned frankfurter type. Otherwise breakfasts good, lots of fresh fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, lovely selection breads, pancakes, juices, tea selection and coffee.
Evening meals hit and miss. Sometimes not good at all, poor quality fish and not nice meat. Over cooked pasta. Occasionally sometimes would be very nice. Things sometimes not replenished quickly enough resulting in queues such as for potatoes. Queuing for fish or meat from grill not well organised due to position of grill, chaotic. We just had a snack there some nights after deciding to eat out earlier. Cheeses on platters ruined half the evenings by having oily dressings poured over them. Desserts were plentiful but mainly very sugary fake cream concoctions, although fresh fruit available.
Bar area very bland and functional but nice seating area outside bar. Drinks very reasonably priced.
Spa is 20 euros entrance, or half price if you book a treatment, which is what we did. We were the only people in the spa for our 90 minute session. Spa has various pools and different heat rooms. We found the water temperature in the large room hydro, salt and jacuzzi pools too cool to stay in longer than 5 minutes. Massages excellent.
Location at quiet end of playa blanca, about half a mile along lovely promenade to marina, which is lovely with plenty of restaurants etc, and lovely views of marina. Main area of playa blanca around 2km walk from hotel, there is a courtesy bus twice a day but walk is easy. Area near main beaches much more touristy and loud, we much preferred the marina.
We probably wouldn't return as like to go to different places, but if we did, we'd book a junior suite but just bed and breakfast.

Lovely hotel, only downside is the choice of food especially in the evening. Very clean, helpful, friendly staff. Three pools, gym, spa. Nice walk to the marina and you can then carry on and walk into Playa Blanca.

Would give 4* however the dining room left a lot to be desired. Presentation of food was below par, particularly meat and fish service. Definitely shortage of staff as tables always needed clearing while guests queued.
