The service we experienced here was unmatched. We spent the day at the pool and Emiliano was so attentive and brought us some amazing drinks. I never had to hunt down a sever or bar. Yeudiel was our concierge at the pool and he made us feel so special. We were celebrating our anniversary and he brought us chocolate covered strawberries and a special coconut monkey drink. Everyone at the resort was great, wishing us a happy anniversary and going above and beyond. The happiness at this resort is so obvious by everyone who visits and everyone who works here. Already planning our next trip back here.

Came for my honeymoon the 1st week of December. The resort itself has been amazing. Great food and drinks and service. It's not overcrowded this particular week of the year as it's between holidays, temperatures range from 75 to 85 and it's been beautiful and sunny all week, water is cool but swimmable. The waiters walking around the pools and beaches as well as Yeudiel who was our Excellence club concierge was especially amazing. He brought us all sorts of special goodies to help us celebrate our honeymoon (chocolate covered strawberries, beverage in a coconut), answered our questions about various things, and even helped us move our spa appointment one day from the beach so we could enjoy our time on the beach longer. I can easily say if come back to this resort in the future
Edit: on our last day here miss Sully was the Excellence Club concierge on the beach and she suprised us with some towel art. She is so amazing. We had to update our review to showcase it and again recommended staying here and show off her art.

We recently stayed at EPM for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and every detail made our trip feel special. It was our first time visiting, and it did not disappoint—everything exceeded our expectations.
I specifically want to call out one of our favorite servers, Tonatiuh. He was our server during breakfast at the Kitchen Table and always went above and beyond each morning to make sure our experience was perfect. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. He is a true gem and asset to EPM!

Our stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres was incredible,the staff very attentive. Front desk helped us a ton especially with a few changes to our flights and transportation Veronica,Fernanda, Aaron really accommodated us in all the changes that were needed. Oscar made sure our luggage got to our rooms safely.The grounds are beautiful,the pools were amazing to relax all day and soak in the sun, the beach is beautiful as well. The restaurants served delicious meals, our favorite was the grill the ribeye was tender and juicy. The Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the rainfall shower is amazing. The first day we arrived the drinks weren’t that great but….. we met the man that changed it all The Great Cesar at the Martini bar, his drinks were spectacular and really knew how to keep everyone at the bar happy, from the moment we met him the drinks were great anywhere in the facility. Lucy was great as well she kept us happy by the pool with drinks and always taking care of us. The Sports bar was a great place to watch sports and also play some pool or foosball the ambiance was great and Diane and Anyi were great waiters that kept us happy throughout the night always attentive to anything we needed. Jesus was the entertainment guy he kept the nights fun hosting several shows like the Cubanissmo, Pure energy and also taught us how to shoot a bow/arrow and a rifle. Overall we had a blast and definitely a vacation to remember with friends, definitely recommended to anyone visiting Playa Mujeres.

We had the best time at Excellence Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon! We stayed in the two story pool room and it was beautiful! Our favorite restaurants were Magna and Las Cabo’s! We got the lamb and tomahawk at Magna and it was amazing. I would highly recommend! We spent our last day in a cabana on the beach under the amazing service of Yeudiel! He made sure to make our experience extra special bringing us amazing drinks and this adorable sand art to celebrate our honeymoon. We will definitely be back!
