Nice hotel. The pool area is lovely, kids pool is great. Rooms are good, only downside we had were, the curtains didn't close, they did fix this. Cooker Hob didn't work and no wifi in our room. We stayed 1 week and didn't have our room cleaned or beds changed, we had to ask at reception for clean towels and toilet roll. A couple of cockroaches were in our bathroom. I can't comment on the food as we ate out most nights or cooked our own. We had 2 rooms and 1 hob did work in 1 room. Staff are friendly. Overall its been a lovely holiday.

Caybeach was our base for our weeks holiday. I think it suited our needs very well. Went bed and breakfast, the restaurant was clean & plenty of choice for breakfast, friendly staff. We didn't eat our main meals there as decided to Walk in to town which along with the beach is 10mins away. We also didn't go to any evening entertainment as its not our thing!! Our room was clean, had a dining table and little kitchen area. We could have done with better beds (sofa) in the living area but nobody struggled to sleep.
Two large pools which were cold! But once you were in and swam about it was fine! Small slide area for kids to play in seemed good however mine are a bit old for it.
Staff at reception were very friendly along with lady who worked in the shop. We would happily stay there again.

Good apartment for an easy holiday.
We stayed for 10 days in the apartments. Very basic but equipped with all we needed.
Beds are comfortable, large toilets, and a good cleaning schedule. The sofa was ok to sleep on, but nothing too comfy.
Small kitchen with all basic stuff to cook.
The resort has a small shop with all the basics.
Swimming pools are nice but nothing exceptional. Good to rest.
We used the resort as a base to explore the island. Perfect if you are looking for the same.
The morning/breakfast buffet is average. No lunch was available at the time (only sandwiches from the bar/shop). We never had dinner at the buffet, although we checked the selection and it seemed ok.
The location is rather good, less than 10mins walk from Playa Dorada and about 10mins from Playa Blanca town centre.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The bar and entertainment was poor, but we didn't spend much time in the resort as we always went for dinner out and mostly to the beach. Heated swimming pool is ok, gym is very basic, only few weights and machines mostly broken.
Car hire was convenient and very efficient via the front desk.
I would recommend the resort if you are using it as a base to sleep and to have breakfast only.

Nice hotel, 10 minute walk to the nicest beach in Playa Blanca, very nice animator Pica who looked after our son very well. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces. Nice grounds, low rise, gym and even indoor swimming pool but unfortunately not available for children.
One large swimming pool near the water slides was freezing cold, the water used for the water slides was also freezing cold, unusable while the other large swimming pool was warmer, why were the water temperatures different? Internet is not available in the rooms which is disgraceful in 2023 for a 3-star hotel. Staff at reception did not know much of the program for Christmas, did not even know if Santa was coming to the hotel, eventually found out that yes he was coming. We were 15 minutes late to check out and the staff gave out to us pretending the next customer was waiting for our room at reception, only to find out it was a lie as check-in time is much later and nobody was waiting at reception when I checked out, which left us with a bitter taste on departure.
Overall, the hotel itself is good. To get a 5-star review, I would expect warmer water for the water slides so that children could use it, Internet in the rooms, and please do not give out to customers for being 15 minutes late to check out, it only leads to bad reviews.

Location: The hotel is situated close to the main town and beach, around 10 minutes on foot ( some people seem to complain it is too far from the main town). It is if you’re unable to walk for 10 minutes. It’s really not far. For us the location was ok.
Room: The room was very outdated, a double bed is two twin beds on wheels. The shower was in disrepair - it looked like the shower door would collapse anytime. The drain was broken and smelly, the bathroom bin broken, the kitchen was equipped but not great. The towels smelled damp and not clean.
Facilities: 2 big pools, tennis courts, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, they even have an onsite shop for essentials.
Staff: The staff are really friendly.
Negatives:
If you come here with kids it’s great but if you like a relaxing time, perhaps this hotel isn’t for you, unless you stay away from the outdoor pools. Even though they have 2 big outdoor pools and two small ones, neither of them is adults only. So parents can go to the bar and leave their kids unattended in the pool. They scream and run and splash for hours, which is understandable because they are kids. But it’s also valid for people to want to relax and read a book or listen to a bird sing rather than a squealing Jamie or Archie.
The hotel should really organise the pools in a way where one is adults only and the rest are for families and kids. In the same way, they should also allow children in the indoor pools at different times than adults, ESPECIALLY if they’re not going to heat the outdoor pools. I witnessed an upset family with two little kids unable to use the outdoor pools because they were freezing and unable to use the indoor pool because it was adults only. Not everyone likes to bathe in freezing water and not every likes to hear screaming children on their holidays. From this point of view it was very disorganised. I asked reception to heat the outdoor pools and they told me nobody complained, when they definitely did.
