I stayed with my family for a night in February. We arrived mid-afternoon and the 3 staff at the check-in desk were obviously struggling to keep up as more guests arrived. As Accor All Platinum member I went to the designated area for priority check-in. It didn't make in difference in treatment. When a clerk finally got to process our check-in we didn't even get a "hello". So bad first contact. We had two communicating rooms with windows directly exposed to some large building under construction on the over side of the street. Work on the site went on all the way to midnight, complete with noise of hammers and other power tools. Not the hotel's fault obviously, but they could have chosen to put a loyal Accor customer in a room less impacted by this noise. The pool area is nice (no long chairs available but that's to be expected anywhere when coming in the middle of the afternoon). We ordered drinks and pizzas, which tasted good, but again long service and staff looking overwhelmed.
On the positive side, the hotel decoration is nice with good conference facilities (not the point of my trip, but something I appreciate), the 5PM snacks and chocolates were delicious, breakfast was better than average and hotel location is adequate.
Overall several positive elements, but staff needs training and additional resources to meet the expectations of customers going on upper tier hotel facilities.

We stayed for 6 nights for my birthday holiday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the service was prompt, and the hospitality was top-notch. They even surprised me with birthday decorations in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was tidied every day and we really appreciated.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelette station, where the chef prepares your omelette to your liking right in front of you. We also enjoyed the hammam and massage at the spa, which was absolutely worth it. For convenience, there’s an ATM on-site, and money can be exchanged at the reception at rates equivalent to outside.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well organized. A special thank you to the front desk team ( Ms Mohammed Fettane and Ms Salahddin)for the smooth and easy check-in, and to Ms. Nourdine for his kind help with breakfast. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi in Marrakech—truly a fantastic oasis in the heart of the city!
Located on Avenue Mohammed VI in the chic Hivernage district, it's perfectly positioned—close to the Medina, Jemaa el-Fna, and just minutes from the airport. The lush gardens, three stunning outdoor pools (some heated for cooler evenings), relaxing spa, and that delightful daily Chocolate Hour at 5 PM made every day feel special.
My room was spacious, spotless, and super comfy with excellent bedding and all the modern touches. The food across the restaurants was delicious and varied.
What really stood out was the exceptional staff—they were incredibly helpful, prompt, courteous, and always with warm smiles. The restaurant manager was especially attentive, noticing the patrons' musical preferences and quickly having the DJ switch up the style to perfectly suit the audience and keep the vibe just right. That thoughtful touch elevated the whole experience!
The service felt genuinely personalized and top-tier, making everything luxurious and welcoming. Still smiling from the memories—definitely a highlight of my Marrakech trip. Highly recommend for your next visit! 🏨🌴✨

Property is beautiful and rooms were nice. It was very difficult to get in touch with room service because you have to go via WhatsApp and that is hit or miss because you’re talking to a bot.
The breakfast buffet was really good.
The property was beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable. However, it was challenging to contact room service because you had to go through WhatsApp, which was unreliable since you were speaking to a bot.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would likely choose a smaller, more “Marrakesh” property in the future.
Overall, it was a nice stay but would probably do a smaller more “Marrakesh” property next time.
