What an amazing week we have had at the Labranda Suites, the room and service has been absolutely amazing, especially from Alejandro at the Bubbles Bar who provided us with helpful advice for our excursions and speedy service every evening with our drinks. The animation team were friendly and the events were so much fun and also nice that there are adult-only events too! Although an extra cost, we thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the sunset champagne bar which had a spectacular view and a great selection of cocktails. The rooms are spacious and comfy and well-maintained and the location is a stones throw away from anything you could or would need. Thank you for making my first time in Tenerife so fantastic and I do hope to visit again in the future!

We had a lovely family holiday here Feb 2025. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite.
Reception staff were a little slow, and the staff at the pool bar on the family side could have been a bit friendlier but overall a fantastic place to stay, only a quick walk downhill to the beach. Loved it and my kids had to be dragged out of the pool every day.
Having an adult side and a family side to the hotel is wonderful - I didn't have to worry that my children were annoying anyone at any point. Plus it created an escape for me to go enjoy rooftop yoga without the children as it was on the adult side.
I'd highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Don’t stay here if you want a relaxing holiday with a peaceful evening.
First impressions were pretty good, and the vibe in the day was pretty relaxing, however, perhaps we’re just getting old, but I just don’t get it when hotels have a bar blasting loud music all evening that you can hear in every room around the hotel? Why not put the bar away from the rooms, or why not just have the music quieter - it’s really disturbing for guests that don’t want to listen to club music banging the hell out of their room all evening…
We booked an all inclusive holiday in the adult area, thinking it would be nice and quiet away from kids. Well the adult area has a roof top bar in it, and instead of just playing some chilled out or moderate music, they blast club music out on a PA system full blast so you can’t possibly relax in your room or chill, or sleep, especially after having a long day travelling from abroad to be here and being up for 24 hours - you just have to listen to their intrusive thumping music in your room. It’s like having a boy racer sat outside your bedroom just blasting his subwoofer and car stereo all evening through your windows.
We are actually one of the rooms further away, but the bass is booming in our room with all the windows and doors shut, it’s just plain stupid.
Places that do this should warn guests, we didn’t spend £1000’s on a holiday to get away from everything and relax, to sound like we’re staying and trying to sleep inside a nightclub.
We won’t be coming back or recommending to anyone. Shame, as it could have been OK. But not being able to rest or sleep in our own room on holiday even with the windows and doors shut is ridiculous. There’s no point in even asking to be moved - as like I said we are the other side of the hotel anyway!

We stayed in a family suite room for 7 nights in Jan 2025. We enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and with a lot of options for all tastes. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned very well.
It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised us by letting in the room a mini cake, some drinks a birthday card. It was so nice from their side.
The night entertainment is nice also, a mini disco for kids every evening followed by different activities - bingo, magic show, games, karaoke, circus, etc.
The only thing that was not well though was the game nights - the games are chosen to get 2 men in the final so can drink beer quickly in the final which is not fair for the ladies. But the entertainment team is really nice, they share a lot of positive energy and most of them seem to really enjoy their job. Kudos to Rachelle and Johnny, and to the lady with the magical show and the circus team.
Overall we had a good stay and we recommend to others.

Have to agree with the previous poster, surprised others haven’t mentioned it before, the music is LOUD, it’s like trying to sleep in a bar.
Bring earplugs if you’ve already booked and maybe they will help a bit, but if you want a relaxing / peaceful holiday, I’d recommend checking reviews thoroughly and look elsewhere.
Shame as it has potential, rooms are eOK, staff are friendly, but, not everyone wants loud music in their room all evening.
