Best hotel experience I ever had ❤️ i don’t have words to say how beautiful this place has been for us. The suite we stayed at had an amazing view right in front of the ocean ( we were watching the sunset and the sunrise every day) the balcony was like a football field large with tables, chairs and sun beds, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool is big enough to fit everyone there, the mini bar makes the best piña colada’s and the restaurant food is great even tho is a bit pricy. I’d totally recommend to stay here and especially book the suite and you won’t regret it. One touch I really appreciate was the live music, especially at breakfast, the guitarist was insanely talented and everyone was clapping. Breakfast bar has many options especially the breakfast in the top floor, where you watch the Palm trees and the ocean, is like an escape from reality. We have visited Tenerife before and we loved the island already, but this particular hotel made our experience so much better. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality and to all the employees who work so hard to provide us the most amazing holiday time

Beautiful hotel. Terrible customer service.
I’m writing to share my disappointment following a recent stay at your property. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the customer service I experienced was not reflective of the Hyatt standard I’ve come to expect as a loyal World of Hyatt member.
Upon arrival, my check-in was delayed by 45 minutes due to confusion around my reservation. As a Hyatt member, I was entitled to one complimentary night for two guests in a double room, and a second night also free of charge. Despite this, I was subjected to multiple calls between departments and an attempt to charge me incorrectly, only for it to be eventually confirmed that no extra payment was needed. This was both stressful and unnecessary.
During my stay, I also encountered cockroaches in the garden area and ants, which I immediately reported to hotel staff. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed without any follow-up, which made me feel ignored and undervalued.
Additionally, I want to clarify that certain gestures—such as assigning me a high floor or providing late check-out—were presented as special favors. However, these are standard benefits available to Hyatt members upon request. Framing them as exceptional gestures does not change the fact that they are part of the membership I actively pay for.
I did not receive a favor—I received what I was entitled to as a paying Hyatt member. The way my concerns were handled, and the attempt to offset valid complaints with basic entitlements, reflects poorly on the service approach at this location.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to improve both responsiveness and the overall guest experience.

We were very pleased with the hotel — great service, clean, everything was positive and welcoming. The menu was delicious and varied. Room 502 was quiet and cozy. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, but they replaced it right away. I had forgotten my shampoos in another room — they were returned to me. There are always fresh flowers in the bathroom. In the evenings, there’s live music with a pleasant, neutral repertoire, candles and lights everywhere — it’s beautiful.
I also liked the Balinese beds and the presence of hammocks
I usually miss aqua aerobics because I sleep a lot and spend a long time at breakfast :) The menu offers enough variety for vegetarians. Upon check-in, there was a bottle of champagne with a cute note about the ice. There was also a creative note about the bathrobes. The interior is interesting throughout the hotel — it feels like I’m playing an Aladdin-themed computer game! It’s very convenient with a one-year-old child — the children’s pool is well located and the water is warm. It was a bit confusing to find the exit without steps for strollers, but it was interesting as a pleasant quest because there were flowers around and it was beautiful. High chairs are available in restaurants for feeding.
They set up the crib without me having to remind them, which often isn’t the case in other hotels. You can really see the professionalism and smooth coordination among the hotel staff. Thank you!

If you're reading the reviews to help you decide whether you should book this hotel room or not, book it right now. I loved every part of it, the most relaxed hotel ever, a proper holiday. All the workers are extremely nice, calm and helpful, from the cleaners to reception and life guards, all staff was amazing. Location is fantastic, food is delicious, I recommend getting into the preffered club, for extra access to a sea view terrace with very nice beds to lay on and a lunch snack lounge (stacked with snacks), I ate a lot of donuts, if you read this far, just book it. I promise you this will be one of if not the best hotels you've ever visited, I loved it.

Absolutely loved this hotel on our recent visit.
Our welcome was great, very efficient as we were a group of 5 couples and we were offered a complimentary drink which was a nice touch.
Rooms are great traditionally decorated with a lovely walk in shower.
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, we have stayed in 5 star hotels who's breakfast was not as good as this. Also all the staff we encountered in the mornings were friendly and helpful.
The pool was a lovely temperature (early April) and sunbeds were always easy to find even in our bigger group, not sure what it would be like when at max capacity as they were close together in some places. Also alot of days they had live musicians playing on the bridge over the pools which was a lively touch as they were all brilliant.
The location is perfect for exploring bars and restaurants as there is a promenade right outside. But our favourite place was the Sunset bar to sit overlooking the ocean with a drink where the bar staff were excellent. Also the outside gym overlooking the sea was stunning in the mornings.
If ever we return to this area of Tenerife we will be staying at this hotel, thank you for a wonderful stay.😍
