We were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We would especially like to highlight the service at the Mosaic Restaurant (even during the very busy holiday period), as well as at the bar and at Casa Nostra. The service at the Level reception also left nothing to be desired.
The location of the hotel is wonderfully quiet, and both the variety and quality of the food and beverages far exceeded our expectations. Only at the Christmas buffet did we miss a wider selection of vegetarian dishes, which were better represented on the other days.

We have just returned home from a 4 night All inclusive stay at Melia Jardines Del Teide. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we departed. All staff across the hotel provided us with 5* treatment. We were greeted with a nice glass of cava on arrival which was a lovely touch. Our bags were collected at reception and kindly brought to our room.
Special thanks to Miguel from Concierge service who made our trip memorable. We certainly will be back. Attention to detail throughout.
All inclusive is 100% worth it, excellent choice of food and drinks to suit everyone. Great choice of activities for guests. We didn’t avail of these but they looked fantastic.
The hotel itself is stunning. Umeima who made beautiful cocktails at the Lobby Bar.
Also Johnathan from the Lobby Bar who made us laugh and giggle with a warm service.
Only thing I would change would be staying longer than 4 nights! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the near future.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

My stay at the Miele was good overall. The room was comfortable and offered convenient access to the Level pool. Breakfast was consistently high quality. Lunch was acceptable, but the evening meals were largely disappointing. Although the salads and desserts were excellent, the quality of the hot food was inconsistent. For example, my friend was served raw chicken and undercooked fish, and the ravioli I had was particularly poor. Overall not a 5 star experience. On a positive note, the soup was always really good.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the site, which made it difficult to complete some necessary work. The evening entertainment was also very noisy, and we could clearly hear it from inside our room—far from ideal for anyone needing a quiet or early night. Fortunately, it did stop at 23:00.
One strong point was the staff, who were always very attentive and helpful. Ramone, in particular, went out of his way to assist us.
I’m unsure whether I would return, but I might consider it if I could find a good-value package, a high-standard room, and a guarantee of a quieter location.

I spent seven nights at Melia Jardines del Teide and left feeling refreshed, sun-kissed, and pleasantly satisfied.
The hotel is perched on a hillside, which means the views over Costa Adeje and the Atlantic are absolutely stunning—especially at sunset.
I had the Level Master Suite and the rooms were spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms and two balconies, a space that became my morning coffee spot.
The Master Suite offers added benefits, with one free dining option, money discounted for another meal and private return transfers to the airport - it is well worth considering.
I had booked The Level experience and the upgrade is well worth it, with private lounge access, premium drinks, and a quieter pool area which made the stay feel more exclusive.
Food was a highlight. The Level breakfast buffet had everything from fresh fruit, made-to-order requests, cold-cuts, champagne etc.
The Pico Negro and Casa Nostra restaurants were excellent with fantastic food and beverages. I ordered a Rib Eye steak in Pico, and I was not sure whether to eat or climb it (that big!)
The evening entertainment at the Retama Lobby Bar was a eclectic mix of music, with the different nightly performances catering for most tastes.
All the Staff were extraordinarily friendly, efficient and helpful throughout my stay.
This is my second vacation at the hotel (and I am already booked for 2026!) so if you're looking for a relaxing adults-only escape with great views, solid food, and a touch of luxury, Melia Jardines del Teide delivers.

First time staying here for a week over the Christmas period and was not disappointed. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Morena. Booked The Level, and worth the upgrade for exclusive pool, separate breakfast restaurant waiter served and separate buffet, drinks and snacks throughout the day. Rooms spacious and spotless, great views. Very enjoyable evening entertainment.
Will definitely be back.
