Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, we stayed all inclusive and found the selection of drinks available very good. The food I couldn't fault, there was a good selection of quality food available. The pool area was clean and tidy, always plenty of sun beds, daily activities on offer in and out of the pool. The evening music was enjoyable with a variation of musicians and bands. The hotel is set into the cliff so walking down 5-10 mins is very pleasant and takes you to the beach and shops, the walk back up takes a little more time- there is a shuttle run by the hotel if wanted. Taxis are readily available outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed this hotel, staying five days in a Level suite in January, which was a big room (but not with a separate seating area , that must be the Master suite.) We were half board and found access to the Level lounge was a real bonus if you had a snack attack during the day. The small buffet in the Level lounge was always well stocked, alcohol included. You have an “a La Carte” fresh cooked breakfast in this area too, and I was soon a convert to this versus the main buffet. There’s less choice, but it’s much more relaxing eating here. The only downside is that you don't really get much of a view from this part of the hotel versus other areas.
We attended a few activity classes laid on by the hotel - yoga, stretching, coffee making and others. Louisa, Layla and the other teachers were all great, very friendly and helpful, as we found all of the staff too.
The hotel has beautiful grounds, views over the town to the sea, is very clean and kept in great shape. Pools are clean and warm. It’s in a nice area, ten minutes walk from the beach and promenade plus the upmarket shopping mall.
The food at the buffet was what we expected, but if you get a good table overlooking the bay it’s worth eating here just for that. We found the beachfront promenade busy even in January, and our “adults only” hotel meant we avoided the procession of prams and toddlers frequenting other restaurants. Evening entertainment was available if that’s your thing, the usual singers, bands and so on, but I really wouldn’t have missed this if it wasn’t on. What’s wrong with a bit of peace and quiet on an evening?
All in all, however, if we come back to Adeje I’d definitely stay here again.

Its the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is great and food is excellent. We stayed in a Level junior suite well worth paying a bit extra for the extras that come with the Level. The staff were all pleasant and helpful a special mention has to go to Ramon who manages the Level pool area he does an excellent job. You do notice the difference when Ramon is off. Great holiday going to miss my breakfast in the Level and the heat. Will be back.

Activities at the resort are brilliant. Yoga with Cecilia is excellent for beginners or advanced. Such a great teacher. Melissa’s classes are a must, from Pilates and so much more, she makes it fun and is such a great instructor. She is a great dancer and even entertains in the evening dancing and fire eating. The staff are friendly and it is a great place to stay. Veronica

It was not possible to open the window at night since I was put in a room in front of the building airconditions... for the daily price they are asking for this is not acceptable.
We had to wait for towels in the morning for almost an hour since the poolboy was late and nobody else could be bothered to serve the line of people waiting.
Staff at the reception at check in was not very helpful, we asked to be called once the room is ready which never happened even after calling again and reminding them.
Room booked for 1 person was bedded for 4... when asking to remove the extra bedding the staff needed to be reminded 3 times.
at breakfast the supervisor came accross as really cocky when talking to guests.
overall not a 5star experience... also, do something against people reserving sun beds in the morning... doesn"t give a high class feeling
