Have a nice day,
thank you for a great stay. We were there for 11 days. We arranged the stay ourselves with a super winter discount against travel agencies. Moving around the hotel was challenging, but again you keep fit. The rooms are clean, just would like to take the rubbish out of the toilet more often if you are not allowed to put paper in the bowl, it smells. The rooms are large - the great thing is that there is a living room and a bedroom (4 people). I also liked the kitchen and fridge, which is not usual. You can see that the furniture remembers something. The food was always a little different but similar - it was good - I might have differentiated the desserts more. I would also suggest more frequent cleaning of toilets by the pools, tables in the bar and around the pools. And I would also recommend no smoking by the pools, there are cigarette butts, cups with butts, there is a smell from smoking. There are noisy English groups flying around.
Great staff, I suggest you respect them and pay them a lot!!!

Hi. I don't write reviews but today I have to. I have compared with many hotels. But this is the first time I've encountered such crap. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. The area surrounding the area is a garbage dump, an old unfinished construction site, a garbage dump, and dead palm trees. But the worst thing is the restaurant and food. Boring and tasteless food. My son said that prisoners probably eat better. There are no free tables in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner. You have to wait up to 30 minutes. When there was a table, there were no plates or forks. And inside there are groups of workers renovating the hotel rooms (I appreciate that the workers can eat there), but something is wrong when the hotel guests are standing in front of the entrance, waiting, and the construction workers are eating lunch. Bar and drinks failure, Vodka, Whiskey, beer and Coco Rum, nothing else. All other drinks are charged. I rate the three pools 3/5, but nothing special. We stayed in the Magnolia II House and had to climb 124 steps to get to the restaurant. If you are in poor condition or have mobility problems, you won't be able to live like this. We talked to a couple from the UK, they had cockroaches in the room, luckily we didn't. No music, no animation for children or adults. Boring. This is not a budget vacation, it is a waste of money. No more Blue Sea, second visit to this hotel chain and another failure. We came back yesterday.

The staff were lovely and helpful.
The hotel was in a lovely location with a lovely view of the ocean.
The rooms were nice and big but they were very outdated with uncomfortable hard beds. No aircon in the rooms but they had a ceiling fan.
We asked to change rooms as we were first put in a room above the bar and the noise was horrendous. The staff were very good about this though and got us a room out the way which we preferred.
I would say that the all inclusive aspect was quite poor. The food was repetitive and there wasn’t an awful lot of choice, especially for vegetarians. But what we did have was nice.
I found it strange that an all inclusive hotel didn’t include ice creams or snacks. The drinks were limited and when we arrived we went to the bar for a soft drink but as we didn’t have any euros in cash we were refused as they wanted a euro for the cups!
I liked that there were three pools to choose from but the pool loungers were filthy.
I would say that if you have any mobility issues to avoid this hotel as it’s not really accessible for wheelchairs and so on but if you’re healthy then no probs.

We booked first week in July I checked in at 2.30am we had no help to our room with bags just given a map. Room was satisfactory and clean food was terrible same one choice breakfast every day dinner and tea very very poor very little to choose from staff miserable. We were woke at 8am with building work and renovations in the apartment next to us every day and also wile sat round the pool building work. There was no music no activities and very little entertainment only certain drink are included in all inclusive and no snacks or ice creams through the day this holiday was more like a fat camp or retirement home everyone was put to bed for midnight or security came to your room ( for talking no drink just food and laughing) no air con cost 40euro for a fan. The shop over charge charging 15 euro for 3 ice lollies I would not recommend this hotel if struggling to walk or have kids and prams it’s full of steep steps and hills. If management think my post is in poor taste then I suggest u stop being greedy promising a service u couldn’t give Don’t stay in this hotel it will ruin your holiday

This place need some love💵all inclusive food is not bad, but there is some space for improvement. The ever-repetitive food menu would need a change. Also, it would be better to cook from fresh ingredients and not from frozen semi-finished products. The rooms are very modestly furnished. In two whole weeks, the maid came 8 times, but not once did she mop, only swept. There is only one bar in the entire campus. During the day, its occupancy is low, but queues form in the evening. The barman is there alone, another colleague comes to help him only after 10 p.m., when you have to pay for your drinks. If I have to summarize it overall, then in comparison price and quality, everything is probably fine. This is one of the cheaper hotels, so I didn't expect any better services.
