The hotel its self is lovely, the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurants have plenty of choice, we weren't a massive fan of the chinese restaurant, you will get approached a lot poolside to book camel rides, massages, boat trips etc but just ask for a red flag to put on your post and they won't bother you. You have to pay extra for the juice bar or fancy cocktails or nicer coffees which I didn't like as its a all inclusive resort. All in all its a great place with great staff especially the entertainment team

We spent 3 weeks at the jasmine palace and we have no complaints. Very spacious room, exceptionally clean throughout the whole resort. All the staff are helpful, Friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant he was amazing, and also yoseff, and Abdul at the wave bar. I am a very fussy, picky eater,but managed to enjoy some really good food. we will definitely be going back next year x

I recently stayed at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada and unfortunately my experience did not meet my expectations.
The staff should be friendlier and more professional. While some employees were polite and helpful, others came across as rude and could benefit from better customer service training.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. For an all-inclusive resort, the choices were very limited. The buffet offerings were extremely poor. At the main pool buffet, it was often just fries and low-quality chicken nuggets every day. The beach buffet usually offered some grilled meat, fries, and hot dogs, with very little variety.
Another major issue was the organisation of the buffets. Although they are scheduled to open at 12:30 pm, that is often when the cooking actually starts. This results in long queues while guests wait for a few pieces of meat to be prepared. After finally getting the meat, you then have to join another queue for fries, meaning your food is cold by the time you sit down. Portions were also very limited. I am completely against food waste and do not expect unlimited amounts, but if you ask for a little extra or are collecting food for family members instead of having everyone stand in the queue, staff often give strange looks or make comments.
Overall, the resort felt more like "limited inclusive" rather than all-inclusive. The information and opening times shown on the room leaflet were not updated and often inaccurate, which caused confusion.
Room cleaning could also be improved. The beds were made regularly, but the floors were often left dirty and did not appear to be wiped or cleaned during our stay.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service, food quality, and organisation. Unfortunately, I would not return to this resort and would not recommend it to others looking for a true all-inclusive experience.

This was our second stay here after seven years, and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, which truly made our stay special.
The hotel is impeccably clean, with the garden being continuously and beautifully maintained. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding and exceeded our expectations.
As a small suggestion, it might be worth placing an informational sign near the pier to warn snorkelers about potentially dangerous fish species (such as puffer fish, lionfish, etc.), as we noticed several guests trying to touch them and felt the need to warn them ourselves.
Overall, everything was excellent once again, and we would happily return in the future.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.
The food was another highlight — a great variety of fresh and tasty options, with something for everyone. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making every meal enjoyable.
The facilities were excellent, including the pool and common areas, which were always clean and well organized. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy activities, the hotel offers a great balance.
