This is an honest review :
I don’t understand the numerous complaints about the tiniest little things in some of the reviews I have read.
In my opinion, for the price we paid it’s a nice hotel, lovely smell as you enter the lobby and reception . It’s clean and airy, nestled in beautiful grounds and the reception staff were polite and helpful.
It’s great Value for money, big airy rooms, nice beds, clean linen with toiletries provided.
There was no kettle or complimentary tea or coffee in the rooms but we had our own tea bags and asked for a kettle, which was instantly provided.
The Lock on the balcony door was faulty and was fixed straightaway.
The breakfast was lovely!
Clean big area with comfortable seating - a variety of foods, hot and cold, tasty omelettes cooked by the chef, nice selection of salads, cakes and pastries all fresh.
Arabic tea and coffees all in ample supply.
NO COMPLAINTS, everything was perfect for us and we are thoroughly enjoying our stay.
Book this place with confidence, it is great value for money and close to all the great attractions, a little shopping mall 5 mins walk away too!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakesh! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making me feel right at home. The service was excellent every staff member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was a solid 10/10.The chef did an amazing job, offering a variety of delicious and fresh meal every morning. The environment and location were also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail were top-notch. I will definitely be coming back!

Myself and 4 friends stayed at the Hotel Rawabi in February 2025 and we must say it was an amazing time. At the time of staying they were building a larger pool and the old one was still in use as well as the kids pool.
When we arrived, Noor at the front desk greeted us with her friendly and warm smile and she was amazing throughout our stay! The staff in the restaurant Amine, Isham and Yousef were all exemplary and great to talk to. The star of the show however was Adil who was the funniest and most friendliest barman id ever met! He was great to talk to and the service he gave was amazing and he made the best pina coladas I’ve ever had!
Would highly recommend the hotel for the price we paid as it was amazing value for money. The room service staff were also great.
The location was great as it was in between the airport and the city. A taxi never took more than 15 minutes no matter where I went and there were shops just 5 minute walk away.
10/10 would definitely go again!

We got a cheap deal for our trip £350.00 per person breakfast included. It's ideally placed if you don't want to be situated in the very busy center of Marrakesh. There's a large shopping center close by with various shops ,a large supermarket and food hall , which we ate mostly at as there is a lack of decent restaurants nearby. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was the same every day . We had several things not working in our room but it was clean. The toilet was not attached properly to the wall and had to call the maintenance man out a couple of times . Staff were lovely and friendly but trying to read my book quietly around the pool was interrupted by young staff playing loud music ,I went for a rest but needed one when I got home . Marrakesh center is a bus or taxi ride away with its busy markets, historic buildings and KFC . I hope to return to Morocco but probably a beach resort and sight seeing.

My experience at Rawabi Hotel & Spa was deeply disappointing and distressing, and I strongly advise travelers to reconsider booking this hotel. The hotel’s poor hygiene standards, security risks, and lack of professionalism made it an unsafe and uncomfortable place to stay.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness Concerns
The bathroom and room had a cockroach infestation, including a live cockroach found during my stay.
The shower, sink, and bathroom fixtures were covered in mold, rust, and grime, making them unsanitary to use.
After showering, I experienced skin irritation and worsening folliculitis, which a local pharmacy suggested could be linked to the poor water quality and unclean bathroom conditions.
In the hotel dining area, birds were flying inside and eating directly off tables and plates, raising serious food hygiene concerns.
- Unpleasant Environment & Odors
The entire hotel, particularly the rooms and bathrooms, had a strong sewage odor.
The air conditioning was not functional and emitted a foul smell, making the room even more uncomfortable.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom, making it impossible to clear the strong, unpleasant odors.
- Security Concerns
The sliding door to my room did not lock properly, posing a security risk for both belongings and personal safety.
When I raised this concern with staff, my concerns were dismissed in an unprofessional manner, with a staff member making a remark along the lines of, "Are you scared? Lol."
No action was taken to address this serious issue.
- Unprofessional & Unresponsive Staff
Myself and three other guests reported these issues to reception upon arrival, including concerns about cleanliness, odors, broken AC, and security risks.
The response was dismissive and unhelpful, and no efforts were made to resolve any of the problems.
After reaching out to Lastminute.com, the hotel denied receiving any complaints, despite clear evidence that concerns were raised.
- False Advertising – This is NOT a 4-Star Hotel
The conditions of the hotel do not reflect the standards of a 4-star establishment.
Upon further research, I found multiple reviews on Google and TripAdvisor from other guests who reported similar issues, further proving this is a recurring problem.
Given the serious health, hygiene, and security concerns, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The conditions are far below acceptable hospitality standards, and the lack of accountability from management is concerning.
I highly recommend future travelers consider alternative accommodations.
