Great hotel for rest and relaxation. Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful hotel, breakfast buffet but very varied, the cook prepares delicious omelettes. In a short distance (5 minutes walk) good restaurants with delicious Moroccan food. I highly recommend.

This is an honest review :
I don’t understand the numerous complaints about the tiniest little things in some of the reviews I have read.
In my opinion, for the price we paid it’s a nice hotel, lovely smell as you enter the lobby and reception . It’s clean and airy, nestled in beautiful grounds and the reception staff were polite and helpful.
It’s great Value for money, big airy rooms, nice beds, clean linen with toiletries provided.
There was no kettle or complimentary tea or coffee in the rooms but we had our own tea bags and asked for a kettle, which was instantly provided.
The Lock on the balcony door was faulty and was fixed straightaway.
The breakfast was lovely!
Clean big area with comfortable seating - a variety of foods, hot and cold, tasty omelettes cooked by the chef, nice selection of salads, cakes and pastries all fresh.
Arabic tea and coffees all in ample supply.
NO COMPLAINTS, everything was perfect for us and we are thoroughly enjoying our stay.
Book this place with confidence, it is great value for money and close to all the great attractions, a little shopping mall 5 mins walk away too!

We stayed for five nights (three of us in our room) and can confidently say we'll be back! Such a genial mood amongst the staff who are always helpful and kind. We could always find a sunbed (complete with comfy cushion) and both pools are set in lovely gardens surrounded by mature trees and kept clean and tidy. It's not a five star hotel but it is very good value and had everything we could ask for. We would have liked to make tea in our room, and didn't realise we could ask for a kettle... we will next time. Breakfast simple but healthy and we really enjoyed omelettes made to order.
As others have said, the location is great. only 15 mins from the main square and a huge carrefour 7 mins walk away along beautiful flower'd streets.
Thank you so much! See you again soon

I recently stayed at Al Rawabi Hotel in Marrakech and overall had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the Reception Manager, Noorudeen, who was polite, helpful, and made check-in smooth and welcoming. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out during my stay.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a clean and well-maintained layout. There are three large pools to enjoy, which makes it easy to find a quiet spot to relax. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay.
In the reception area, there’s a pool table and a foosball table, which adds a nice touch and something extra to do during downtime. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of variety and very good quality food.
Taxi rides to the city centre cost between 70–100DH, which is reasonable and convenient if you're looking to explore more of Marrakech.
I also want to praise the cleaning staff — Sheena was lovely, always polite, and Lwalida was especially attentive and made sure my room was spotless each day. Her service was consistently excellent and she should get more money!
The only downside during my stay was my experience with the poolside bar. Unfortunately, my food order was wrong four times — I simply asked for a burger without cheese or sauce, but they couldn’t seem to get it right. To make matters worse, the food took nearly three hours to arrive, and I was still charged for my Order despite the repeated and crazy mistakes. This was definitely frustrating and something the hotel should improve.
Despite that issue, I would still recommend Al Rawabi Hotel. It offers great value, friendly staff, beautiful pools and grounds, and a generally relaxing atmosphere.
