Decided to stay in this hotel as we seen some good reviews. From the moment we stepped in, it was horrible, the water was switched off and also filthy , they told us this was normal and that is was sewage water. We were not able to shower and had to use bottle water to do oral hygiene. The outdoor pool was closed for refurbishment which is understandable, we didn’t mind this as the indoor pool was meant to be heated , it was most definitely not it was also filthy and the jacuzzi was also ice cold, staff were horrendously rude and ignorant and did not deal with issues appropriately. I would never leave a review but this hotel genuinely deserves one.

Lovely staff and a great selection of facilities onsite. The rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but, in saying this, when you are in Albufeira you should be out enjoying yourself. A good location to explore from, 20 min walk to the Old Town, The Strip or the beach. The hotel exhibits the traditions such as Carnavel, Valentine day and more which was so nice to experience during our stay. A big thank you for an experience we'll never forget.

Brilliant little hotel in the middle of the new town and old town.
Would reccomend staying here for anyone that wants to eat out at there own expense.
There is a restaurant that served good food, not the cheapest.
Also cooking facilities available in your own room which was cleaned and tidied every day by the maids.
Would reccomend to stay here

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Everything looks like it’s about to fall apart, thought I was gonna die taking the lift to my room, never seen so much outdated wood for decor in my life. The room honestly looked like some type of 70’s horror film. Dark, cold, depressing and ugly. I understand you get what you pay for but I’m afraid that expression doesn’t apply to something of this quality. The only silver lining for me was that I didn’t actually choose this hotel in the first place (£99 wowcher holiday). We checked out 30 mins after checking in and booked ourselves into a hotel round the corner which thankfully was far better (which isn’t hard at all).

We had a 10 night stay at Parisio de Albufeira in September 23'. After reading many 'not so good' reviews, we was actually dreading this holiday. I am glad to say, that it was nowhere near what we were expecting. The room was tidy, with a kitchen area and two very comfortable beds. We were staying self-catering and had everything we needed. Although, you have to ask reception for a kettle. I'm sure somebody went out and bought a new one for us??!! So the room was tidy and clean, the cleaners were about daily and were very attentive. Excellent selection of channels on the freeview TV (if you fancied a night in?). Poolside was nice, although pretty pricey on the drinks. Good entertainment and absolutely superb location!! More or less in the middle for the old town and Oura strip. Plenty of supermarkets and food places within 5 mins walking. 👍👍👍 Yes, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
