Really good hotel. Can't fault anything at all. Food for all inclusive is exceptional, so many choices for all tastes. Rooms very spacious and always clean. Big showers and clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend. Only thing if you are going for a relaxing holiday, ask for a room maybe in the second or third floor :) we stayed on the bottom floor with a lovely garden outside our patio but it was very busy traffic cos everyone was passing

Wonderful location,spacious and clean hotel,with a good all inclusive service...just had a wonderful buffet lunch,we are very impressed. Thanks for the reply,we are at the hotel for another 6 days and will add to this review. We have had a lovely evening meal,breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed the local beaches also in view from our balcony. Our room was cleaned today,great service and everyone here seems to be happy and relaxed enjoying the hotel,including all the hotel staff. Must not forget the bed is very comfortable. Our room is near the hotel lifts though and a little noisy in the night a couple of times but to be expected in such a vibrant and diverse resort and hotel resort.

We are in the Luxury Block which is located at the top of the complex. The whole complex is on a hill and all areas are accessible but some ramps are quite steep. There is no inside bar for all inclusive which is a bit disappointing. Food so far (day 2) has been well presented and plentiful. There is an inside bar where you can purchase drinks but this closes at 11 p.m. Place is kept clean and grounds well maintained.

Arrived for a quick 5 day break in some sun hotel is easy enough to find and has good parking facilities the room was very disappointing opened the doors and we where met with a very strong stale smell like the room hadn’t been opened or had air flow for a long time we opened all windows and doors to try and air the room out but didn’t really help aircon had to be left off as it was causing allergies. The bathroom was filthy pulled back the shower curtain and was met with hair all over the wall hair in the bath hair round the taps. The bath had definitely seen better days with lots of damage. We were woke every morning early by the staff opening the access gate and letting it bang close then dragging trolleys around making a lot of noise early mornings. For the price we paid the least we were expecting was a clean room but this was not the case a shame really as the hotel and grounds look nice from the outside. The access doors into the rooms are very outdated there’s signs everywhere saying use your access card but it’s a very old key lock that have been changed multiple times and old holes have just had some mastic smeared over the top.

My wife and I just come back from this hotel, stayed 1st week in March 2024. Room (742) had a great view over the beach with a lovely terrace. Bed's were two singles pushed together, making it really comfortable king size and a very good sleep. Small kitchen area with fridge and nice size bathroom with shower, for us, we needed nothing more. Staff are amazing 10/10 very hard working and always there with a smile, when you need them. We used the themed restaurants just a short walk up the hill. Again staff are amazing and the food is really good. You need to book early for these as they're quite popular. Jac's for breakfast, lunch and dinner has everything you need to start the day and beyond. The strip has pubs and clubs and a 30 minute walk to Albufeira old town, with loads of shops, pubs and places to eat. All in all, a fabulous hotel with loads to do and explore.
