Location perfect sea views 1 min to beach.Best part of Benidorm for cheap quality drinks and food.
Marconi rooftop small pool shaded area. Only problem..not ideal for limited mobility. All other areas of hotel fully accessible.
Bus stops for all Benidorm and surrounding resorts 2min walk.
Predominantly Spanish hotel.

Great place for relaxing in benidorm, but the older Spanish concider themselves superior in this hotel, they walk infront of u , bang into you when u give way, its very bizarre, the food is ok , again the Spanish push there way to food first. Its a ok hotel, dont bother with the pool at the top, enjoy the beach !

Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, always smiling. The only thing that was wrong with our rooms was that the balcony didn't lock but other than that it was clean and sleek. We only had breakfast included which was lovely, everything you need was there. One of the lifts wasn't working during our stay but wasn't an issue as we were only on the 1st floor. The location is great, right across from the beach, lots of bars & restaurants along the street, a 5 minute walk into the old town, 10 minutes to the blue square and probably about 20 minutes to get to Benidorm beach bars. Would recommend if you wanted somewhere a little bit quieter but the option to go into the more lively area of Benidorm.

Cannot understand some of the negative reviews this hotel gets. We're just home from 10 nights in a premier sea view room and from start to finish, it was wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, charming and funny. The restaurant and bar staff are fantastic. Really helpful to everyone. Rooms were serviced to an impeccable standard every day. The hotel does get an older clientele, that are mainly Spanish but Newsflash, it's in Spain!!
The breakfast may not be totally to Northern European tastes but we found plenty to satisfy us.
The real winner for us was the room balcony/terrace. It was simply spectacular. Absolutely enormous (about 9m×9m at it's widest) with 3 sun loungers and a table with 3 chairs. We paid, on average, under €120 per night for this room and it's probably worth at least 3 times that amount.
I was actually afraid to write a review because I didn't want people to discover the best kept secret in Benidorm but it's only fair to give others a chance to experience what we did.
We'll go back again and again and will always look to stay in room 504.
Thank you, Hotel Marconi, for the best holiday ever.

The hotel is in a great location, if you can deal with a less than great service, but not a terrible one, this is a great place to stay at. Food was good, the hotel attracts an older crowd, but that just means less loud people at later hours of the day. I personally had an issue with the balcony railing being at eye level, but maybe because their chairs are low and I am not a very tall gentleman. If you go to this hotel, you go for the view in the morning, we had a sea-view, you can enjoy your morning coffee on thw balcony and look at the sea/beach. Ima and Xavi were the best from their staff.
