Brilliant location. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the main nightlife strip.
Rooms and hotel were clean.
Food was a great selection and fresh everyday.
There are several pools, the main pool busy and lovely and then a smaller pool on the other side of the building which was chilled and relaxed. Plenty of bars to get a drink.
Barely heard any noise from the street. Great stay, value for money and would stay here again.

Great location for beaches and strip. Exceptionally helpful staff for any issue. Recommend when checking in, scan the QR code on the pillar and fill in the information on your phone (Saves a lot of time - mentioned in other reviews). Room was basic but clean, food was okay and nice, you could make a nice meal out of the buffet. The entertainment staff were excellent for the poolside and evening events, particularly Diego and Javi for being so welcoming. Would recommend all inclusive, I went half-board. The only downside, the lifts were very slow.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was amazing!
I went all-inclusive and definitely think it’s worth it. The breakfast was my favorite. There are multiple places to get drinks throughout the day, as there are different pools to use. There is also a snack bar — if you’re all-inclusive, you’re able to help yourself for several hours during the day, which is really handy if you get hungry before lunch or dinner.
The room was nice and clean. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The strip is basically on the same road as the hotel, which is so convenient, and I didn’t think the noise was bad at all.

A great hotel in a great location.
If staying for All Inclusive, the food can be a bit repetitive, and the staff are slow to restock items, but it's perfectly fine.
Drinks are nice, good selection.
The pool areas are nice and plenty of space.
Overall would recommend.

Very basic hotel. There is no aircon in the room. I complained as we couldn't sleep with the heat. They said its not summer yet, so no aircon. Don't bother going all-inclusive. You get watered down alcohol drinks. The same food for lunch and dinner. We got so fed up with the food that we ended up eating out. The bar by the bigger pool has a little food court for the all-inclusive guests. Very poor quality and food choices. The pools were lovely and clean but cold. But then we did go in April. The staff were nice. Entertainment every night. They put a lot of effort into entertaining kids in the evening, before the adult entertainment. We arrived at midnight on our first night,so day one of our holidays was over. On day 7,our last day, we were checking out at 11.45am. We were told we could have breakfast,as long as it's before 7.15am. We arrived at breakfast to be told that we couldn't have anything from the hot side, only the cold side. So toast and cereal. I thought this was wrong, as we paid for 7 days all-inclusive, yet only had 5 days of this. The location is good for shopping. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
