Spent a lovely few days here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety — we especially enjoyed the churros.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d like to briefly highlight Maria, who provided excellent service during our stay — very polite and attentive.
All in all, a very pleasant experience. Would be happy to return if I’m ever in the area again.

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel.
Pros: Great location, so close to everything! Beach, shops & restaurants, old town. The main areas are very clean and pool area well maintained. Bar staff provide outdoor service but you must go into the bar to order first. Breakfast had a good selection. Dessert/pastries at each meal we're very nice. Extra touches in bedroom IE. Coffee machine, toothbrush, comb, shaving kit ect. Good Aircon, lots of storage space and a comfortable bed.
Cons: The pool is covered, even in25 degrees heat, it is like a sauna/greenhouse inside. The pool area only gets sun for a few hours in the afternoon.
The bedroom floors are dusty, along the skirting, our bed wasn't changed once in 4 days even though the pillows/sheets were visibly soiled & we had to use packets of tissues because the toilet roll wasnt replenised that day. The bathroom door wouldn't close fully as the lock had been broken & glued back together incorrectly.
The lunch & dinner is repetitive & catered for Spanish guests. Some things were ok, others overcooked &/or bland. Lunch was definitely far better than dinner, with fresh salads & cold meats so even fussy eaters, like my mum, could find a selection to try. You can only get (bad) coffee/tea at breakfast. I asked for coffee after dinner and was told it is only available to purchase in the bar & not the buffet. I even had to pay for the water at lunch/dinner.
The only staff members who made us feel welcome or even made an effort to smile genuinely were the 2 young bar men. 2 managers in the restaurant walked around but didn't interact with guests, then they sat and had their own lunch. On check out there was no conversation, just a thank you when I produced the keys, and then he turned away.
I have stayed in 3 star resorts with much more welcoming staff who make you want to return. This was our first time in Benidorm and I will definitely be back but we will stay somewhere else.

Loved the Hotel it was clean, friendly staff, and lifts throughout. The pool area was fabulous and service for drinks great. The actual pool was not as I liked, you had to wear swimming cap and I don't even swim. The roof was over the pool and much too hot.

Good location close to the beach and old town but certainly not a 4* hotel.
Staff overall was helpful and friendly but on the arrival I didn't receive any basic direction about hotel & layering, had to figure out on my own.
Dinner only starts at 8- quite late compering to the other hotels.
TV- mainly only Spanish channels, not much selection in other languages.
Would be nice to have at least BBC news, CNN or Sky to be able to watch daily news.
Cleaners did good job every day.
Rooms are very clean with comfy bed and kettle but outdated, especially bathrooms. Hair dryer wasn't working.
Pool area is well mantained & clean but pool water is cold ( not heated as was advertised). Sauna available only with prior reservation and extra payment. ( other resorts have free Spa access for all guests).
Solarium on the 8th floor could be better mantained- bird's poo on the loungers and floor. Some chairs are old rusty and stained.
If you book on the hotel's website it says
" safety deposit box included" however it's not true- extra payment is required. It also says late check out available but I had to leave room already at 12.
I regret booking on their website for many reasons- if you change room type ( not cancel booking) they will keep deposit and charge new one on top.
If you book through other sites like Expedia and change room they always refund your booking fee.
Overall stay was ok but not the best value for money paid and certainly won't be staying there next time neither I would recommend- plenty of other quality hotels around with a Spa , better maintance and ambient.

It's just average, not a 4 star experience. The room and the breakfast buffet were fine. Building work meant a trek outside the hotel to find the gym - half the equipment wouldn't work. Swimming pool couldn't be used without changing in the room - building work.
Location good, just on the edge of the old town.
Would not go again and probably avoid the hotel chain.
