Fabulous hotel, great food and lovely staff. Staff couldn’t do enough for you very attentive. Rooms are lovely, very modern and cleaned to high standards. The food is great with plenty of choice and changes daily. Great pool and bars would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly set the tone for an exceptional stay. As someone with coeliac disease, I often face challenges when it comes to dining out, but the hotel’s kitchen went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. They provided a wonderful selection of gluten-free and vegetarian options that were not only safe for me to enjoy but also absolutely delicious! The rooms were also amazing. They were spotlessly clean and neat, showcasing a modern aesthetic that made for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the well-appointed furnishings. One of my favorite features was the shower, the water pressure was excellent. And let’s not forget the spa! It was outstanding and offered great value for money. A great ambience with soft music and LED lightning makes it stand out. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect.

Have used this hotel for 19 years and no plans to change. We've tried other hotels in Benidorm, but keep reverting back to the Ambassador. Well situated, close to the entertainment and beach with loads of shopping close by including the indoor market. Staff are always friendly and polite. Rooms are adequate with walk in shower and cleaned daily. Always plenty of choice in the restaurant with a good selection to suit all tastes.

The hotel has everything you need, right at the beginning of the strip so great location. Thanks to everyone who made out holiday a brilliant one!

This hotel is fantastic, always stay here and it just keeps getting better. The staff are always welcoming you back and nothing is too much trouble. The food choice is very good and changes each day. The rooms are cleaned daily and walk in shower is excellent. I throughly enjoy my stay each time. My family also like staying here. I prefer playa 1 and pool view.
