Disclaimer: We are from Canada so our expectation is what we know going to all inclusive in Mexico. Upon walking into the hotel I was underwhelmed by the front desk/check in area, it felt like an airport car rental counter rather than a 5 star hotel. Then you get hit with this scent diffuser throughout the property but the smell was awful, it was so strong and unnatural smelling (Febreze but worse.) We were later redirected to guest relations to book our a la carte dinner reservation. We were only there for 3 nights and pretty much everything was booked up until our last night and only 1 restaurant was available. That was pretty disappointing, considering there was no way for us to book in advance or should there be a need to. We went into our room to find out it was 2 beds instead of a king that was given to us. We pushed the beds together to make it work. Huge selection of food at the buffet and the food quality is quite good as well. Lots of family but the resort was so big that it didn’t feel like there wasn’t enough space, we were also at the end of the summer season so that may have helped as well. The staffs were amazing with their service and did their best without expecting tips which made us want to tip more. Overall the property is dated and needs maintenance work. I would come back again for the value but I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star property resort.

My dad and I stayed at the Concorde Hotel, and we were absolutely blown away by the hospitality — especially from Bahar and her amazing team. From the moment we arrived, Bahar made us feel so welcome, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, but it was the genuine care from the staff that truly made our stay special. Bahar’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel like family, and it turned what was just a short stay into a truly memorable experience. A huge thank you to Bahar and everyone at the Concorde Hotel — you made our trip one to remember. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort, Antalya from 6th–9th October to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything from arrival to checkout exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. As vegetarians, we were delighted by the freshness and variety at the main restaurant buffet — so many options to enjoy! A special thanks to Thomas for his kind and thoughtful service. The Da Vinci à la carte restaurant was a highlight — a six-course fine dining experience that was simply exceptional. Evenings were full of life with live music, theatre, karaoke, and kids’ shows, while the spa and gym offered top-quality relaxation and fitness facilities. A heartfelt mention goes to Fatima at Guest Relations — she is a true gem, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We also loved the Luna Café, serving fresh pâtissier until 11 p.m., perfect for a late-night treat. Overall, Concorde De Luxe Resort has everything under one roof — comfort, great food, and warm hospitality. A perfect place for a joyful, luxurious, and memorable holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay: exceptional staff and beautiful grounds The staff and overall service at Concorde De Luxe were fantastic. Everyone was warm, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. I barely heard, and honestly do not remember hearing, a “no” from anyone. Even when we raised a request or a minor issue, the team looked for a way to accommodate. Elmira from Guest Relations deserves special thanks. She went above and beyond, explained everything clearly in our language, arranged restaurant bookings, helped with a late checkout, and resolved questions quickly. Another standout was Yalcin, friendly, energetic, and thoughtful. He offered to take family photos and made sure we enjoyed some truly delicious burgers. Food Plenty of variety and always fresh. Each meal included a few truly top notch dishes, and the rotation kept things interesting throughout our stay. Room and Service Our room was spotless, and even a non-urgent one-off request was delivered within 15 minutes. We had a late-night technical issue in the bathroom; technicians came promptly and fixed it on the spot. Very impressive. Grounds and Entertainment The property is stunning, with lush greenery and fruit trees blending into the pools and beach. It feels like years of careful work. The two dance shows were excellent, not just filler entertainment but high-caliber performances. Overall, we were blown away by the service and staff. Huge thanks again to Elmira and all the other staff. You made our trip memorable, and we would happily return.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Concorde was nothing short of perfection. We were warmly welcomed by Tülay from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to look after us from start to finish. Everything was stress-free, smooth, and so well-organised that we felt completely relaxed and cared for every step of the way. The food was simply out of this world – an endless variety available throughout the day, always fresh and beautifully presented. Whether you enjoy buffets or à la carte dining, there’s something for everyone. We particularly loved the Steakhouse, where the quality of the meat and the service were both outstanding. A special thank you to Tayfun and Zehra , who were not only attentive but genuinely passionate about ensuring we had the best experience possible. The drinks selection was another highlight – with every possibility available, including premium brands that many other five-star resorts don’t offer. It made the whole experience feel even more luxurious. The spa was the perfect finishing touch to our stay. Recently refurbished, it’s an oasis of relaxation. The massage we had was indulgent, professional, and worth every penny – the ideal way to unwind. We visited as a couple and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable week. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, was flawless. A huge thank you again to the entire Concorde team – we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!
