Since the first day we arrived, I’ve really appreciated the attention and kindness from the staff — they’ve been genuinely helpful and always around if you need anything. The whole vibe of the hotel is super relaxing and the atmosphere feels like a little escape from everything. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, and there’s always music or something going on to keep the energy up.
We also really enjoyed the entertainment team, especially in the evenings. They do a great job keeping the guests involved without being too pushy. The food has been surprisingly good too — lots of variety, and they always have fresh stuff. Overall, if you want to unwind, have fun, and be taken care of, this is a great place to do it.

I would 100% recommend Concorde deluxe hotel to anyone. It’s definitely somewhere that has something for everyone! I would specifically like to thank all of the pool entertainers for making the experience truly amazing for our whole family. The activity program is wonderful. I wouldn’t say the rooms are great value for money as our duplex feels a bit small considering how much we paid for it. Initially, we weren’t satisfied with the cleaning of the room but after mentioning it to guest services, the issue was very quickly resolved. The gym and spa are absolutely amazing. Throughout the hotel, every staff member we’ve met has been absolutely lovely. There is an amazing variety of food made to a very high quality. We loved our stay, thank you very much to everyone who made our experience so wonderful!!

We had good time at the hotel! The staff were always kind, smiling and ready to help, which really made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was full of energy – music too loud and not family with children friendly. There was a great variety of food at both the snack bar and main restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious. The kids’ club had fun and creative activities all day long – it was such a nice environment for families. Honestly, i tried this hotel, but there are others much better! Maybe with some new look it will be different! We'll go other places!

Our stay was honestly full of lovely moments from start to finish. The atmosphere at the hotel during the evenings was especially magical — it wasn’t just about music or entertainment, but the overall vibe felt genuinely alive. The Cuban dancers who performed on Thursday night were an absolute highlight. Their energy was contagious, their stage presence was on point, and the way they interacted with the crowd made the whole performance unforgettable. It felt like a proper show, not just a random entertainment slot — definitely a core memory from this trip. The Family Carnival was also beautifully planned — it wasn’t just for kids or just for adults; it was something in between that brought everyone together. Kids were laughing their hearts out at the games and shows, while the adults enjoyed the music and relaxed, but still felt part of the fun. It gave off a warm, community-like feeling which you don’t find everywhere. The live music performances in the evenings (sometimes replaced by a DJ) added a nice finishing touch to each day. Sitting under the lights, drink in hand, listening to good music… it was exactly what you need to unwind after a long sunny day. Also, the Hawaii-themed pool party was such a mood! Colorful floats, fun music, people dancing around the pool — it was playful, not over the top, and just enough to make it memorable. For families with kids, the Mini Club was another plus. The staff were sweet, always active with the kids, and they had creative games going on all day. You could tell the little ones were genuinely having fun, not just being “watched.”

We are absolutely loving our stay at the hotel. The staff have been fantastic and are wonderful with our two kids. The food is excellent with a lot of variety and themed nights in the buffet. The kids club and pool is perfect for young kids with a wide range of activities every day. The kids loved having their faces painted. The hotel is extremely close to the beach and there are some brilliant water sport activities for the whole family. The evening entertainment is unbelievable - we particularly likes the motorbike stunts, and the kids loved the magic show and mini disco. You must come to this hotel!
