This is my 5th time staying at Concorde, and it truly never disappoints. It is such a beautiful resort with amazing food options, great staff, and top-quality food and drinks. I really enjoyed everything about my stay — the pool, the beach, the atmosphere, and all the little details that make it feel like heaven on earth.
I especially loved the kids’ Muppets Club and all the wonderful children’s activities they offer. The entertainment team is so full of life, and the performances are beyond amazing. My child absolutely loves the girls at the activities club, especially Bahar and Eftalya. They are so sweet, caring, and wonderful with kids. You can really tell they work with passion and genuinely love children.
Overall, this is an amazing resort, and I will definitely be coming back again next year!

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely come back again! Animation team did the great job, definitely worth it!

I travelled with my family including 2 kids age 5 and 2 for the May half term holidays (last week of May). We had an absolutely fantastic time at Concorde. We stayed for 6 nights. A few things really stood out for me:-
1) Food - varied every day with plenty of options to suit everyone (Indian section of buffet with different options everyday, pasta options, vegetarian and vegan sections, healthy section including boiled food, extensive salad bar, desserts). I REALLY appreciated the macros being listed for every dish in the buffet as a health conscious person! There is also a seperate kids buffet within the main restaurant with a fridge always stocked with kids yoghurt, milk, flavoured milk and baby food. A clean highchair wrapped in cling film along with a disposable bib and wipes is always provided by the kind staff. There is a cafe near the main reception where we got warm milk every day for our little one to drink before naps. We also asked for a whole carton of milk for teas and coffee making in the room with no hassle.
2) Kids club - this was by far the most interactive from the resorts we have previously stayed at and everyday they have an activity such as car racing, darts and mini golf. There is a games room for older kids, face painting every day, arts and crafts throughout the week, board games and a baby room with cots and toys. It is completely shaded outside with a playground, some goalposts and a small pool area so a great alternative for the kids when they want to be out of the sun or don't fancy going in the other pools. There is a daily disco and kids show for the kids which was loved by my kids. Popcorn and drinks went down well!
3) Staff - very attentive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Special shout out to Eftalya who interacted so nicely with our kids everyday
4) Multiple pool areas - main pool was great and has activities going on such as water aerobics. My family particularly enjoyed the foam party! There is also a seperate kids pool area with a small pool for babies and a couple of slides. Inside the kids club, there is also a pool which is super shallow.
5) Rooms - we booked a double sea view room which had one double bed and a single bed but also was provided with a cot with nice bedding for our little one. Everyday my kids looked forward to returning to a clean room nicely made up for them with their teddy bears. We had everything we needed and also requested a small freestanding air conditioning unit because the main one was too powerful and kids were waking up with a cough. Other than that, I have no issues with the room. Showers were great.
A couple of minor points - we could have done with a baby bath tub for my little one as it was tricky sometimes to shower him standing up and I had also requested a bottle warmer to warm up my own milk but this was not available to provide. It was not an issue however bevause we got a glass of warm milk from the cafe everyday.
Overall, our stay was great and we would love to return back! The kids are already asking :)

Everything is great. Food is great everyday. It is not repeated like all other all inclusive hotels. They do theme nights every night. Mexican, italian, asian, seafood. It is so exciting to explore it every night.
There is also great play areas for babies specially smaller babies. There is both sand park, normal park and indoor air conditioned play area with some very nice and friendly staff who help and play with the kids. We had a really great experience with Eftalya. She is very kind and also speaks english well.
It is very very recommended. It is the second year for us here and we will definitely come back.
There are also kids shows every night for older children.
They have done everything so well.

The staff is super kind, always full of energy and timeless helpful! We can enjoy whatever we wish, any programs, any activities or relaxing time! Perfect with children and also for people who just needs some rest. There are relaxing parts in the restaurant and at the pool aswell.
The food is just super top! Everything is extremely clean ✨🤗🩷
