Overall, I would rate this hotel around 4.3/5, which is pretty much in line with its Google rating.
The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping lady was an incredibly kind and friendly person. The resort itself is huge, with plenty of entertainment, great facilities for children, a nice gym, fun water slides, and a fantastic option to order food from the menu by the aquapark.
That said, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The rooms are a bit outdated. The toilet seat moved from side to side, and the shower door desperately needed some oil because it squeaked every time it was opened. The room doors offer almost no sound insulation – you can literally hear EVERY sound from the corridor.
We stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately many guests behaved terribly during the night. From around 10 pm until 5–6 am there were constant screams, shouting, arguments, and noise. It seemed like nobody cared that other people were trying to sleep. If you’re expecting a peaceful night’s sleep, you might be disappointed.
We arrived as a family of four (two adults and two children) and found only three beds and three sets of bedding. It turned out one child was expected to sleep on a small sofa bed, but there wasn’t even bedding prepared for it. Since we arrived at 3 am, this wasn’t exactly ideal.
Another strange experience was receiving a phone call from reception at 8 am about excursion meetings. After arriving in the middle of the night, a little time to rest would have been appreciated! 🙉
The coffee bar in the lobby was also interesting. The gentleman making coffee looked like he was serving customers as a punishment all week – ordering a coffee felt slightly intimidating! 😅
One funny situation involved the all-inclusive drinks policy. For five days we filled our drinks into our own reusable cup without any issues. On day six, a manager suddenly decided he didn’t like that. So I had to order four separate cups of Coca-Cola and then pour them all into my own cup right in front of him. It was quite amusing to watch someone police drink transfers when you’re already on an all-inclusive package. 😂
Another issue was the sunbeds. They were “reserved” with towels from around 8 am every day, and hotel staff did absolutely nothing about it, making it very difficult to find a free one.
As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. Breakfast was almost exactly the same every day, so by day five you start to get a little tired of it. Still, there was always something to eat.
Overall, we had a good holiday and enjoyed our stay. We don’t have unrealistic expectations, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The hotel is clean, family-friendly, and offers plenty to do. With a few improvements, it could easily be even better. 🤞😊

Had an amazing stay at Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and always friendly and helpful. The location is great, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we needed. The resort itself was relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for a vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Would definitely come back!

This is our 3rd time visiting this hotel. The hotel, food and staff are amazing. The animation team are so accommodating especially Kaan! My children are never bored. Nothing is too much at this hotel. My family and I love it! We will be back. 🥰

It’s my second time here annd still here ant the minute and i love it , pools are a little cold but that’s not the hotels fault. staff are so respectful and hardworking, the entertainment is amazing. The show time is insane and the talent is unbelievable, the food is fresh and a lot of choices every day and night you shouldn’t go hungry. The beach is beautiful and sea is lovely and warm 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The Hotel is beatiful, lots of pools, Staff are very friendly, but the food is repetetive also very little meat and desserts for such a big hotel. The Ala Carte Restaurant which is inclusive one time in your stay the food tasted just like from the buffet we were expecting something different or a little change of flavours, there should be more activities during the day not just pools because when the weather is not sunny you dont really have anything to do, we love the design of the hotels the staff the big pools but the food was a let down for us
Our Rating would be 7,8/10 overall
Also would recommend going by bus instead of taxis costs 2€ per Person and you can get to Alanya Center, with a Taxi we paid 15€ for a 3km 5 minute drive and there was a fixed price no bargaining
