The room was very basic for the price, but I knew what I was getting from the photos and other reviews. Definitely not a four star room.
The pool was lovely and clean, and the Bar staff were very friendly. Drinks were lovely and strong. Bonus points for the excellent funk and soul music they had playing most days!
The hotel itself looks nice and clean. Breakfast is quite expensive, but there is a nice selection and a very friendly chef who makes great eggs!
We found the location to be fine . The local buses are extremely efficient and definitely the way to go.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Even though I went in September, the high price for such a basic room, would unfortunately put me off returning.

The weekend (3/4th Feb) breakfast chef was so good!!! Really friendly and chatty and looked after anyone who approached him for anything e.g omelettes, pancakes, fried eggs, bacon

Overall a very good hotel. Rooms were very clean, staff was kind and very helpful, though some staff did not speak English at all. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from including elements of a continental and English breakfast, and pastries. Dinner would also have been very good if we were into seafood - but we are not, and non-seafood options were a little limited and repetitive. The pools were great and mostly not crowded at all, very usable.
Location was not perfect, there's no beach in walking distance, the sea is near, but it's the port. We knew this of course and we were fine with it, it may just not be for everybody. It's also not a walking distance from sights in Palma.
Despite all these minor things, this is a very nice hotel, we had a great time here, and would definitely come back!

Quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom is next to the bed and separated by a glass wall. Basically you get out of bed and you’re in the bathroom. It’s annoying to go to the bathroom during the night because all the noise and light goes directly to the bed. The shower was clogged and every time we took a shower the entire bathroom was full of water, even got to the room since the bathroom and the room were separated just by a glass wall. We moved to another room because we could not shower there and instead of a double bed we got 2 simple beds put next to each other. You don’t even get water in your room so you have to buy it and don’t receive toothbrush, toothpaste and shoes for the room unless you ask from reception. I had some expectations from this 4-stars hotel, but definitely won’t book it ever again. The staff was nice and helpful though and the location was a good one.
