Actually, a very nice hotel! We had a great stay overall. Just a few small points to be aware of — none of these were dealbreakers:
1. The bathroom has semi-transparent glass doors, so privacy is limited.
2. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach — manageable unless you expect beachfront access.
3. Elevators can get a bit busy (14 floors), but we never waited more than a couple of minutes.
4. Sunbeds get reserved early with towels — a cultural habit. The hotel allows this only after 8am, which seems like a fair compromise.
5. Hotel parking is limited and often full, but there’s plenty of free public parking just outside — so it was never a real issue.
On the positive side: Half board was excellent, with tasty, varied meals and daily specials. Rooms were spacious and clean, AC worked well, and there are several pools to choose from.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

To start with the positives. The pool area was very relaxing. The hotel do not allow you to put towels down for before 8am which alleviates the stress of having to find a sun lounger. Having said that, there were lots of beds. The views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The standard of drinks was good.
The downsides were, when we checked in we were given very little information apart from meal times. The reception staff did not seem overly friendly and this was our experience of most of the staff there. There was an additional 33 euros tax to pay which we did not know about. There did not seem to be any information book and the hotel staff were not forthcoming with any information .We booked a double room and the room and bathroom felt very cramped. People staying in the suites said they were quite roomy. There was a safe in the room but we have been given no information about this and it did not appear it was in working order. We booked the holiday through TUI and again there was absolutely no information on the rep desk . It did not seem that TUI had a huge presence in this hotel? We had an issue with the shower tray overflowing and flooding the bathroom floor. The bathroom door did not close properly. We reported these and somebody came but the problems still persisted. Other people said they had the same problems in their rooms! The food started off promising but after a few days it felt very repetitive and the restaurant was noisy and chaotic. It really wasn't a relaxing experience.
There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the bedroom and it seemed that guests were not allowed in the restaurant before breakfast! Apparently you could hire a kettle but we were not given this information by reception and heard it second-hand from another guest. When we have stayed at other hotels we were always greeted by all members of staff but in this hotel it felt as if you were just another number. There seems to be lots of positive reviews for this hotel, we can honestly say this was not our experience of this hotel

Great hotel - very clean and well-maintained. Staff seem to take a lot of pride in looking after the place as well as the guests.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Views are amazing.
Bars and restaurants were all comfortable and again very well looked-after, kept clean and well-staffed.
All-inclusive felt like good value and there was always a good range of food to choose from, and some themed nights.
Hotel entertainment isn’t usually my thing but it exceeded my expectations and we saw some great performers and dancers.
Rooftop bar is glorious and you get the best drinks here too.
Outside areas were so clean, plenty of space on loungers, gorgeous pools.
At the risk of repeating myself the gem of this hotel is the team of amazing staff making everything run so seamlessly.

Party of eight had four rooms.Three one bed apartments right next to each other as requested which were very comfortable and spacious with a good size balcony.
Food was typical buffet service with a decent variety but similar each night with some not as hot as it could be.
That was the only fault at this hotel.
Drinks were surprisingly good with good brands served. It about a 10 minute walk to the beach but there are some shops and bars nearby.

We had an overall decent stay, but there were definitely some areas that need improvement.
The breakfast was varied and quite good. A decent selection, and the quality was fine. However, the breakfast server could have been a bit more cheerful — a smile goes a long way to start the day off right.
The biggest downside was the room. The soundproofing is almost nonexistent — you can hear everything your neighbors do, even their conversations in the bathroom. Ours had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, hair on the shower head when we arrived, and a shower handle badly corroded. Even the door does not block any hallway noise. Definitely disappointing in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
As for the pool, the area is nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, like in many places, people reserve sunbeds for hours without using them. Also, if you're not on the all-inclusive plan, you can't get any small snacks — only access to the buffet for €17 per person. It’s only worth it if you have a big appetite.
The staff is kind and attentive overall, which helped balance out some of the negatives.
One more suggestion: there should be more daytime activities. Besides one aquagym session, nothing else was offered. Some pool games like water polo or other fun activities would make a big difference.
Detailed ratings (out of 5):
🛏️ Room: 1.5/5
(Poor soundproofing, bad smell, lack of cleanliness, corroded fixtures)
🍽️ Breakfast: 3.5/5
(Good variety and quality, minus one point for the server's attitude)
🏊 Pool area: 4/5
(Nice space, but minus a point for the sunbed issue and snack limitation)
👥 Staff: 4/5
(Friendly and helpful, just needs a warmer attitude at breakfast)
🎉 Activities/Entertainment: 2/5
(Only aquagym offered — more variety would really help)
