We recently have stayed at Tonga Towers, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had — largely thanks to the phenomenal entertainment staff and the amazing kids club team!
From the moment we arrived, the energy and warmth of the entertainment crew was infectious. Every single staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making every guest’s stay unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond every single day.
But what stood out the most for us was the children’s kids club. They couldn’t wait to go each morning and that says everything! The team created a magical, safe, and fun-filled environment packed with creative activities, games, performances, and even mini disco shows. The staff were not only incredibly talented but also so kind, patient, and engaging with the children. You can tell they love what they do.
The evening entertainment was also great — with something for everyone. Live shows, music, games, and dancing kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The talent among the staff was genuinely impressive, and their passion really shone through every performance.
If you're a family looking for a hotel where your children will be entertained and cared for by outstanding staff while you also enjoy some relaxation, look no further than Tonga Towers. Huge thanks to the entire entertainment and kids club team — you made our holiday so special, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel - very clean and well-maintained. Staff seem to take a lot of pride in looking after the place as well as the guests.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Views are amazing.
Bars and restaurants were all comfortable and again very well looked-after, kept clean and well-staffed.
All-inclusive felt like good value and there was always a good range of food to choose from, and some themed nights.
Hotel entertainment isn’t usually my thing but it exceeded my expectations and we saw some great performers and dancers.
Rooftop bar is glorious and you get the best drinks here too.
Outside areas were so clean, plenty of space on loungers, gorgeous pools.
At the risk of repeating myself the gem of this hotel is the team of amazing staff making everything run so seamlessly.

Before my trip, I was a bit concerned about staying at this hotel, mainly due to the negative reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised once I arrived.
The hotel is huge, and at first I was worried that there are only five elevators, but during our stay (early April), this didn’t cause any issues at all.
The rooms were very clean and a good size, and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room. Housekeeping was done daily, towels were replaced regularly — no complaints there.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was easiest in Spanish or German, but they managed in English as well. Everyone was cheerful and polite.
The food was tasty, although after 10 days I started to miss a bit more variety and a broader selection of local products.
The pools — both the outdoor ones and the indoor pool with saunas — were excellent. Definitely a strong point of the hotel.
The biggest downside is the lack of parking. There are only 8 spots available, which is not enough for the number of guests. In reality, you have to search for parking around the town.
Overall, I consider my stay a very pleasant experience. I suspect that in high season, my opinion might be slightly different due to significantly higher prices (up to 100% more than in April), but I still think I can recommend this hotel.

Just finished a week at Tonga towers and we really enjoyed ourselves, 4 of us 2 children one 1 year old and one 11 year old who both equally enjoyed there time!! What a beautiful place and location!
Only down side our second night a staff member let themselves into our room at 11pm…. Woke my eldest up luckily we were awake…. Didn’t catch there face though but he did we described him to the lady on the desk but the woman denied it, why would I lie about this? The only people that could have access to my room were the staff, nothing was done she brushed it off like I was lying, after this my one year olds pram was blocking the door every night, very strange and felt uncomfortable for a night or two after… still have no answers so hope this happens to no one else as wasn’t a nice experience.
The all inclusive buffet was limited and very much the same all the time but you can’t go wrong with there desserts and the food at the pool bar and fruit!
Huge shout out to Jodi and Gabriella (I think this was her name) always gave amazing service, made my 11 year old feel like he was royalty! All of us in fact they made our stay enjoyable always smiling and made us feel welcome! All inclusive drinks were also brilliant! Nothing was ever too much for them. All the bar staff we came into contact with there were lovely!!
All in all we will be back!!
Thanks!! Xxx

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for a 4 nights. The first 2 nights was very dissatisfying. We had booked a jr. suite for comfort... it was anything but.
Turns out the jr. suites assigned to us, were joint with a room that was occupied by another couple, and we were seperated by a closed but thin door.
The couple living next to us liked their indoor ciggerates and late night loud drunk talk - not to mention that u could hear every time they flushed the toilet. It was very disturbing for my wife and I that came a long way for relaxation and quality time together during easter holidays. Being a conflictshy person, I decided to go against my nature this time and complain over the state of the room we had recieved.
It was after this point our whole experience changed to the better. The hotel staff was very friendly, understanding and service minded. They imidiately switched us to their apartments on 14th floor, which was bigger, more comfortable and had amazing view.
We could not be more satisfied with the hotel staff and their service. Had it not been for them, I would have left 1 star.
