There’s so much good to say about this hotel.
But for me I wanna emphasize the crew handling the small kids (monkey group).
My son who is a very soft spoken and shy boy absolutely loves every second with them, they do a great job at including him and make him feel special. I can’t praise them enough and if anything brings us back to this same hotel it will be them. Even tho everything here is 10/10 these young people go above and beyond to make the kids holiday the best they ever had.

The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! Mario, Andrei, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew put on great shows and keep the kids engaged and laughing all day long. They bring so much energy and fun to every activity – you can tell they really love what they do.

I had an incredible stay at this all-inclusive hotel – everything from the food to the facilities exceeded my expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of dining options that kept things exciting every day.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the entertainment team – and especially Andrei. He brought such energy and enthusiasm to every activity. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just his friendly conversations throughout the day, Andrei went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and included. His charisma and professionalism really made a lasting impression and created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend this place.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Ciudad Bianca! The service here is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional and will do anything for you. We are a family with allergies and The chefs were brilliant at talking us through the buffet and making special food - especially the vegan chocolate cake. The entertainment team work so hard and have boundless energy and enthusiasm. Plenty to entertain everyone; from pool parties, water carpets, and outdoor cinema - to cocktail making, live bands and lots of sports. Our room was very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the hotel or gardening the grounds. A fantastic perk having direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room we had was pretty awful. The smell of damp when we entered was pretty strong, the lights were hanging off the walls with electrical cables showing, the front door kept opening on its own(we have a 2 year old that managed to escape), our bedroom had a large black out curtain which covered a brick wall with a small window at the top; which looked into the corridor, the corridor itself had a water fountain which made a pump like noise that was loud and would wake us, which people coming home late would frequently use. The food was decent, entertainment was good, but we cannot get over the room. I can imagine it’s what a luxury prison cell would look like.
