A very family focused hotel. The entertainment staff are incredible, always so happy and friendly. They work so incredibly hard. We went all inclusive and the food was good. A lot of variety and a different theme most evenings (oriental, mexican, spanish etc.). The pool areas are beautiful and spotless, they also lead right on the beach front. The room was dated but spacious and clean. Apparently the rooms are being renovated next year.

Second year in a row we visited this place and it exceeded our already high expectations. All the staff are brilliant, from the bar, restaurant and cleaners, but most of all the entertainers. They are utterly amazing with the children, so energetic, approachable and creative the whole time. They single handedly made our holiday amazing!
The food buffets are superb, lots of choice, daily variations, healthy, tasty, just great. I didn't get bored of the buffet even after 18 sittings. The drinks in the all-inclusive are great too. I didn't need to spend a penny the whole stay.
The complex is beautiful and a perfect size, it has everything you need and feels like home from home immediately. Walk outside the back gate and you have the most beautiful child friendly beach imaginable. Shallow for a considerable distance, calm, turqoise water, pristine sand sea bed. Just perfect! We would like to try another Iberostar for something different next year, as I'm confident in the brand now, however we won't get this beach and location with another one, so we'll almost certainly be returning to Ciudad Blanca for a 3rd time! :)

Hotel is in a good location, near to beech and a 45minutes drive from the airport. Really happy with cleanliness of the rooms etc. Staff all great, really helpful and friendly. I’d like to give a special mention to Kacper on the rifle range, should be called Kacper the kid, the fastest shooter in Mallorca, truly exceptional training and with an eye for the target.
Only real issues with the hotel was the A/C in the rooms being insufficient, breakfast wasn’t great either, but all other meals and drinks seemed good. Only other issue, no fizzy pop at brekkie time which the kids hated.

What a great stay! As soon as we arrived we were very well looked after by all the staff! We were presented with a glass of Cava each and the children were all given an ice cream (lovely touch) we were then taken to our XL apartment which was huge, the apartment was clean and spacious however like most of the reviews iv seen could most definitely do with an update an the kitchenette is very small but it worked well for us for our stay! The garden space had a back gate which we could walk straight onto the beach and watch the sunrise! We had half board dining and the breakfast and dinner options were great with plenty of choice for both adults and children and very fresh! The pool area were also great and the slides for the kids will keep them entertained all day long, the playground and football areas are also an added bonus. Mojitos were also really nice and much cheaper than the surrounding bars. Overall a great stay that could do with a room refurbishment but we will be back! Thank you

After a bit of a rocky start (got booked on the wrong iberostar) we arrived to beautiful weather, close to the beach with great amenities. The resort is fab for families, wide selection of all inclusive food and walking distance from local shops, restaurants and the old town.
Whilst this is a 4 star I would advise you manage your own expectations, the rooms have a 1970s vibe going on. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
Resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I want to give a special thanks to Carolina the service manager, super attentive (deserves a raise). She was very understanding and helpful which was greatly appreciated. Overall had a lovely time in Mallorca.
