Just returned from a 7 night stay with my wife and 2 children (3 & 1) and honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we had the best time. Staff are super friendly and attentive, the food was delicious - we ate in the buffets, lunch time grill buffet, Greek restaurant, Spanish restaurant and ice cream parlour! The cocktails were lovely. The children’s entertainment was exceptional and the kids pools are great. The cleanliness is outstanding….we genuinely don’t have a bad word to say. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Iberostar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Angela at the front desk was patient and kind when we arrived late in the evening. The entire resort is clean and the staff were amazing at keeping it that way constantly. The resort had direct access to the public beach, but despite it being public, it’s still fabulous. Food was delicious and the entertainment staff were wonderful with lots of kid activities. All in all a wonderful all inclusive resort for families.

We stayed for one week during high season and it was the perfect family holiday! The hotel is superb in every way.
Even with the hotel being fully booked, it didn't feel crowded. There are so many choices for pools, restaurants and activities. Even as a family of seven we never waited in line for long or had difficulties finding a place at the pool or a table at a restaurant.
The whole complex was clean and well kept.
The whole staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we felt very well taken care of! I cannot stress enough how much this contributed to our experience! 🫶🏻

We had a really enjoyable holiday at Albufera Park and overall found the hotel to be beautiful. The architecture of the rooms is impressive and the facilities for young children are very good. The children’s pool with slides is especially fun and provided plenty of entertainment for our little ones.
Highlights
The family rooms with bunk beds are an excellent idea, particularly if you have children who prefer not to share a sofa bed. It gave them their own space and made our stay much more comfortable.
Having direct access to such a lovely beach was a real treat and we made the most of it during our stay.
The food was outstanding. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at for choice, especially for vegetarian and vegan options. Even picky eaters will find something they enjoy, and we looked forward to mealtimes every day.
Areas for improvement
The biggest issue for us was with sun loungers. During our five night stay we only managed to find one available. Many guests were reserving them with towels as early as six in the morning, often leaving them unused for hours. This was very frustrating and we feel the hotel could manage this more proactively, as other hotels we have visited remove towels if loungers are left unattended.
Cleanliness, while generally fine, was not always consistent. Our bed sometimes had hair on it and the floor in our room was not cleaned as thoroughly as expected, even after mentioning it to staff.
At lunchtime the experience was not as smooth as in the evenings. On certain days only one restaurant was open, which led to queues, a noisy atmosphere and a space that felt cramped. It also did not feel as clean during these times. Dinner, by contrast, was excellent every evening, with beautiful food and a relaxed ambience.
The towel exchange system was not very convenient. Fresh towels were only available from ten in the morning and the daily token system seemed unnecessarily complicated. When we asked for clarification at reception, one member of staff was unhelpful, which was disappointing, although the majority of staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
Overall
The hotel offers a lot, particularly in terms of food, children’s facilities and its stunning beach location. While the price of £3,000 for five nights reflected the summer holiday season, it did feel a little expensive given the issues with cleanliness and sun loungers. That said, if these areas were addressed, we would happily return. The food alone makes it a destination worth considering again.

Super happy with our stay at the hotel! Clean rooms, awesome food, and plenty of activities to join if you wish. Everyone was super helpful and understanding. There are lots of babies around, so the children’s amenities are very well thought out. The staff was extremely friendly and kind with children.
