Hilton Galatzo is a very nice property with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. It has spacious room, large swimming pools, adults only area and interior swimming pool which is a great place for colder days. All the staff are very nice and friendly and try to make you feel very comfortable.
The location is great for a relaxing holiday away from busy seafront towns but only a few minutes from beaches, mountain hikes and towns. The restaurant options for lunch and dinner are a bit limited outside of the main season (unless you like buffet) so you might need to get some fresh food or go to restaurants elsewhere. That said, I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Galatzó! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming from the start. The food was consistently delicious, offering a great mix of local and international options. Whether it was breakfast by the terrace or dinner at the restaurant, we were always satisfied.
The pool area was a real highlight — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed for both relaxation and fun. The service throughout the hotel was excellent: friendly, helpful, and always professional. We also noticed that the other guests were more pleasant and considerate than what we’ve experienced in similar hotels — it really added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Everything was well organized and in great condition. One small surprise: while padel is free to use, tennis comes with an extra charge. It’s a bit puzzling, as you’d expect both to be either included or charged equally. Still, not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.
All in all, a wonderful stay and we’d gladly return!

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great views with amazing sunrise 🌄 and sunsets 🌅. Rooms are well equipped. Only small down side is it is difficult to walk anywhere so need a taxi, but they arrive very quickly.

Reserved a room for 2 days and accidentally reserved it a day too early due to a time zone mix up. They canceled the booking and kept my points as expected when I was a no show. But when I called to see what they could do about rebooking,so I'd have a place to stay, I just got a complete run around. The first person said they had no authority and to call back at 9. Called back at 9 and got more run around saying to email the manager as they couldn't talk. First time in 7 years of being a Hilton Elite that I've had bad service. I promptly booked an Airbnb.
Update: Reservation Manger reached out to me directly and apologized for the mishap. They returned my points and I was charged $250 for the no show.

Great place for a meeting. Far enough from distractions but easy to get anywhere on the island. Netty was wonderful to talk with for scheduling. She replied to questions ahead of time before we arrived. She also had many excellent local contacts.
