We had a wonderful time staying at Grecotel Eva Palace. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—staff were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast spread was excellent every morning, with plenty of variety and fresh options to choose from.
The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a clean, peaceful beach just steps away. It was also super convenient to get around, with easy access to nearby attractions and places to explore.
The whole experience felt relaxing and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be visiting again!

Stayed with my wife for a week in sea view panoramic room. Room was great, housekeeping lady was lovely. The beach and pool are stunning. Very quiet when we were there recently. Staff seem very distracted by their colleagues and painfully slow serving drinks (20 minutes wait) on the beach where they offer beach service. Lack of entertainment in the evening and bars all close very early and kills the atmosphere a bit. Overall lovely hotel with lots on offer during the day if you want to but the staff service and lack of nighttime activity really lets it down. Quality of food and drink on offer was great, we had comfort package “all inclusive” which worked pretty well for us.

Great hotel. Stayed here at the end of April 2025 for four nights. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Food is very good and varied. Our comfortable room was on the ground floor but we still had a sea view as the hotel is high up, offering beautiful views from the restaurant and bar area. A tip is to use the sister hotel's pool about a 10 min walk away at most. It's heated, whereas the one at Eva Palace isn't. Plus it's worth a visit for a different view. I recommend a walk out onto the boardwalk built around the rocks. Good location to explore other parts of the island.

The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, and breakfast was excellent each morning. Elena and the front of house staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, there were some letdowns. We were given an upgraded room on arrival, but it had an overbearing mouldy smell. Staff said it was due to humidity, but it was quite unpleasant. Despite several follow-ups, we weren’t moved until the next day. The room we originally booked had a stunning view, with a comfortable bed and great view, though the bathroom was mouldy and in need of some care.
While the setting was beautiful, the overall experience didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations. We ended up spending most of our time at the nearby Imperial, which had a better beachfront and restaurant.
