A hotel on an extraordinary level – literally and figuratively. It is located on a hillside, cascading down with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea. All apartments are located in low bungalows and the view is unobstructed. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, although the TV could have some streaming options for the evening. This location requires a lot of walking, which is generally healthy, but may be uncomfortable for some. Fortunately, if necessary, you can take advantage of the courtesy of the staff and their electric vehicles. Speaking of the staff, they are also exceptional: very nice and friendly, but not intrusive. The valet picks up your car, check-in takes place over drinks, and you feel pampered from start to finish. Breakfasts are rich and varied, also with a beautiful view. In addition, there are two forms of dinner - buffet and a la carte. On the downside, although the hotel is surrounded by greenery, you can unfortunately hear the noise from the nearby street. A busy road separates the hotel from the beach, which is quite narrow and, due to its proximity to the road, very noisy. All in all, it is a unique place and highly recommended.

My wife and I had a room with whirlpool. I have to say this place was excellent! Couldn't find fault with anything or anyone. Buffet evening meals you'd find something for everyone and extremely good value. Breakfast too was excellent as were the staff, we found them polite efficient and smart. Buggy rides to the rooms was brilliant as I do have limited mobility. Pool bar restaurant is value for money too.
Taxi to the old town €45 on a par with the uk.

We spent a week in this hotel and, while overall it's pretty good, it does feel quite generic and is lacking in some aspects.
Our room was sufficiently spacious and had a large terrace with a private swimming pool, but we couldn't possibly use it as it was way too cold and the pool was unheated. The room had an impractical layout and there were some things we found annoying about it. It had a very small closet, barely enough for 1 person and definitely not for 2, the bathroom was located sort of in the entryway and didn't have a door. We couldn't find a practical spot for our shoes, suitcases or jackets. The room furniture was also surprisingly basic, with nothing reminiscent of a luxury place. The TV was very tiny and we couldn't comfortably watch it from the bed.
Although the view from the room was nice, we had little privacy as the room was located next to a walkway and everyone walking past could look directly into our terrace and room.
The breakfast was ok although the selection was small and the a la carte dishes were uninspired and not very good. The constant presence of wasps made it impossible to enjoy the meal on the outside terrace.
The hotel has a small beach but it's separated from the hotel by a loud and busy road. I tried snorkeling in the sea but there was nothing interesting to see. I also want to call out the lifeguard at the hotel swing pool who was very loud and obnoxious while we were trying to enjoy ourselves on the hotel sun deck.
Overall, there is not much more this hotel has to offer. We enjoyed a nice wine tasting on one evening but in general there was little in terms of entertainment or things to do on the premises. A very small spa, no generally available jacuzzi and no heated pool means swimming is pretty much off the table with the cold weather that the island gets a lot of, once summer is over.

Stayed here for two nights in early September. The hotel is pretty and well maintained, with a lovely pool area. I felt the rooms were just average for the price. Staff are super nice. I was really glad we got the meal plan (half-board) as there are not many options nearby for dining. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was very good. If I go back to Corfu, would I stay here again? No. I think there are probably better options on the island in terms of location and value for the money.

I've been traveling for 30 plus years, on numerous business trips around the world. I've stayed in a LOT of high end hotels. This is the best!
Any business starts with the people working there. 100% of the staff were very friendly, happy, helpful. No one missed a beat. The manager was always present, breakfast, throughout the day, dinner. I often saw her spot checking rooms. I was very very impressed. Her hard work and efforts were clear throughout the hotel and reflected in the efforts of all her staff. We stayed 8 nights and she was there every day.
The property is stunning. Great views and extensive plantings everywhere. It's true that the property is on a steep hill. But there is always a staff member available to give you a ride in a golf cart. We walked everywhere just to experience the property and work off the buffet 😅
Check in was awesome! Upon arrival the hostess seats you in the lobby with a cold towel, your served welcome drinks, and then they complete the check in process at your seat while you enjoy your drink. Wonderful!
We booked half-board which includes breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Overall quality of the food was excellent, and wide selection. To be fair it's a buffet not a 5 star tasting menu. But we were very happy. Also there is an alacart menu at the pool for lunch. We sampled 3 dishes here, all good. There are also several other alacart restaurants available (1 at Nido, and 3 at the sister resort next door). We never tried them as we were happy with the buffet.
Our room was spotless on arrival and everyday the housekeeping staff did a great job. The room and view were stunning. Bed super comfortable. Expresso maker in the room and we were supplied each day with pods and water. Room was quiet. A big part of that could be due to the fact that the hotel is adults only.
There are a variety of different room types at all levels of the hotel. Ours was at the top of the hill and had an incredible view. Other rooms lower on the hill might have less of a view. But ours was great.
The photos of the pool area speak for themselves. Awesome. Never crowded.
Beach was ok, but rocky (small pebbles). On this part of the island most beaches are along the road. Loungers were clean, towels provided, water super clean. Never a problem getting a lounger. We took some day trips to other beaches and didn't spend much time at this one. You also have beach privileges at sister resort (2 minute walk).
Finally I would say the Nido team went the extra mile for us. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and anniversary. The recognized both events ( on different nights) with champagne and cake. Very thoughtful.
We definitely plan to visit again in the future.
