Lovely hotel very clean nice size room we were in 326 up 2 lots of steps about 8steps each we had a balcony the photo with the roof was our view.
A good choice of food for all of the meals had theme nights. the stews were lovely big chunks of meat good salad bar good choice of eggs on a morning was all incl. Was a snack bar and an ala carte we didnt use but heard mix results and
said just gave you food food didn't explain what it was. You can upgrade for the rooms nearer the sea with extras like a coffee machine we didn't bother had a kettle though. Sadly we noticed those rooms must be nr the outfall so smelt @ times. The usual early towel drop 🙄 some left on for hours not on. The staff were lovely drinks in the inclusive were local we found were fine you paid extra for branded. Was some entertainment one a 🎷 very good disco night a Greek night said acrobats another but we went out. Stvilli was good for bars tribute bands some were shut as nr end of season. The local bus not v reliable maybe time of year got one back from Zante town €2 each. Need a 🚖 on a night as not many paths dark was €10-15 each way. Need a cardi was cool on a night but mid oct the days were bit mixed.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. On arrival we were offered a glass of champagne but opted for a soft drink instead. A golf buggy took us with our luggage down to our room. We booked a junior suite with swim up pool. Felt very luxurious indeed. Rooms are cleaned every day. And the view was spectacular. The food at the hotel is nice. Something for everyone. We were there from 6th October and it was quite quiet which we also enjoyed. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also had a luxurious massage at the spa which was wonderful. Altogether an amazing hotel and we had a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at AluaSoul, in October so the weather was varied and warm/hot but that didn't bother us and cooler in the evening.
We up graded and was offered champagne on arrival - very nice! The receptionist was lovely and professional.
The hotel was clean but lots of wasps about on the island. It sits on a hilly area and there is no beach but there is one close by. The upgraded bar/ section was nice with a chilled vibe. There were beanbag beds, some stained but we did have free towels and could have just gone on a lounger. That area is astroturfed and there is another paved seating area.
The hotel area was quiet in the day. The evening entertainment was enjoyable! Great vibe and met some lovely people and had some good laughs.
The staff were friendly and polite. You normally get one grumpy one but not this time.
I booked a massage which was really really good. Definitely with it!
Would I come back? I like sun, sea and a beach and that was missing for me but still wouldn't rule it out as we were sad to leave.

We stayed at AluaSoul at the end of September. It's a nice hotel, our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels put out. The bed was so comfy.
We didn't have a problem getting sunbeds at the main pool.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and work so hard.
There is a good selection of food in the main restaurant, we enjoyed pretty much everthing we ate.(The fried eggs at breakfast weren't hot though).
However, the A La Carte was truly awful. The starter was dry bread rolls topped with a tomato sauce, a dry filo wrap and a few other bits we didn't eat.
The main course was dry meat. We walked out and went to a local restaurant instead.
We didn't upgrade to My Favourite Club, it was expensive to do so and we felt we'd already paid enough for our stay.
We got a taxi a couple of time to Tsilivi. There are some great bars and restaurants there.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we wouldn't return.

We booked this adult only escape to come and relax and unwind and chill, we have been able to achieve this, but it has also come with some parts that haven't been so great.
When we arrived the young gentleman at reception was very lovely and kind, we also had to pay a tax charge that we hadn't been made aware of, there is no lift at the hotel so not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues, the young gentleman handed us two brown bags as we had missed the evening meal by the time we had managed to arrive at the hotel, when we got to the room with the help from the gentleman at the reception who also helped us with our cases, we walked in and there was an insant musty smell, we opened the doors to the small balcony thinking it could be because the room had been closed most the day with the heat also, sadly the smell didn't disappear, we spoke with the reception staff the next day who advised they would send maintenance up to check it out but the smell continued, also the phone didn't work nor did the TV again this was mentioned to the reception staff the following day and again maintenance was sent to the room and we were advised the cleaners would also look into the smell.
There is also a smell around the pool area which we believe is because the poor water flow at the hotel so the drains aren't getting flushed through very well.
The staff have been extremely polite and friendly and have gone out their way to help with the couple of issues we spoke to them about, they did also kindly offer us a different room for the last 2nights of our stay which we did take them up on.
The entertainment wasnt that much a bit hit and miss the band and Greek dancers we're really good and very entertaining the others wasnt to our taste ( but that was just us. ) The pool side entertainment also wants for us the music was way to loud and not enjoyable at all ( again just our opinion others did enjoy ) but when we came for a relaxing holiday we didn't expect music blasting out at full belt at the pool.
The staff Iriana and Elvis have been amazing they work extremely hard keeping the customers happy plus Maria at the reception is a credit to the hotel also ( sadly I am unable to remember the young man on reception name when we arrived but also a credit to the hotel. )
We did look at upgrading to the my favourite club but at €55per person per day it definitely isn't worth that extra at all when you have already paid considerably for the holiday.
We have enjoyed the food ( very much the same most days especially at lunchtime) we only had one very disappointing evening with the food the BBQ night there was nothing on the menu you would expect for a BBQ night except very dry ribs but otherwise the food has been satisfactory but could be better and also there is no covers on the food and wasps and birds are flying in and landing on the food all the time.
On our last day we both became covered in bites ( we dont normally get bitten when we go away ) these have become extremely painful and we believe that these have come from the stray cats in the complex laying and sleeping on the outdoor seating areas and possibly have flees, we are both in the medical trade and are treating them but already have started to become infected and more and more are appearing.
We we're sadly disappointed by some of the things at the hotel and the cost of the extras having stayed in many hotels abroad all inclusive before there have been no extra charges or extra tax charges on arrivals.
We did however manage to enjoy our break because we managed to meet some lovely people and we have a great friendship but we have both said this is not a quality of a 4star more a 2star at best, and we wouldn't choose this hotel again.
