Excellent staff! Especially the bar staff and waiting staff always on the go and happy to help! Food was always good. Mini bus going to and from the beach daily however not much else to see nearby so recommended getting a car. Could benefit from more evening entertainment. We requested double mattress 3 months in advance however this never happened even when we checked in and asked. Bit of mould in the bathroom ceiling but not bad. Room was very clean and cleaned well daily. Overall good experience and enjoyed our stay :)

If I could give no star, I would. The hotel is not a 4 star. A Travel Lodge in the UK is better than this place! I world say this is a 1 or 2 star at best Arrived to find some sort of body fluid on the door frame of the hotel The rooms looked worse than a hostel; beds like for kids Towels were old,frayed holy, and a set give even had blood staines. The food is not fresh at all. Bread is stale, lucky if the toaster works, no fresh eggs all precooked and left. Dry salad, can't even get chips right. The heat of the food is not up to food standards I would be very vary to eat anything. The drinks.. no alcohol in them i am 100%they are watered down, I asked for 3/4 vodka and all tasted nothing and don't get me started with the study drinks even the wine is on tap... yukkkk! Snacks consisted of old ham sandwiches, chips, and fruit salad out of a tin. No water or tea/coffee in the rooms They treat you like kids, no glasses allowed apart from the dining area. The only good part was free shuttles to the beach, and the van is Subject to safety standards! All in all I would not even have my wrist enemy stay here

Unfortunately the basic rooms are not of a good standard. We got upgraded and the room was really nice. Food was not great and selection not good either. Location is very remote. Although says approx mile and half this is as the crow flies and is down a very steep hill that you could not walk. Shuttle bus is limited to only certain times of the day and stops at half 5. So you can't really go out on an evening. Staff are amazing and can not do enough for you. The view is stunning and the main grounds are extremely well kept and looks lovely. The place has great potential and if the rooms were all of the same kind of standard. Food was better and the stuttle bus ran regularly and on an evening. This would be a wonderful place to stay. As long as you want quiet and relaxing

This place is an absolute dump! So gross. Flies in the shower, miscellaneous brown substances everywhere that looks like feces , stains on the bedding, random hair, old creepy looking rooms with salt/ mold stained furniture. I am livid that I paid $129 euro for this 1 star motel. I was offered another room but since it is 12 am ( I checked into this hotel last minute as a last resort) and I check out at 8am, I am too tired to move especially because I have little confidence another room will be in any better condition. Walls are also paper thin and you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. Really surprised by all the positive reviews that misled me to book this place so I wanted to leave this to warn others with who also have standards.

The views are outstanding, Pool is nice, you have about 10m to go into if you can't swim as it gets quite deep. Food is hit and miss. Some days ok some not so much There is a lovely taverna not too far down the hill but just be prepared for the walk back up the hill in warm weather
