Lovely holiday, plenty of activities during the day.
Evening entertainment was good, a wide variety of different shows and activities including a pool party in the evening that everyone enjoyed, the pool party was catered towards everyone in the hotel of all ages.
Room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Often asked by staff if everything was ok and if anything could be improved.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks at the Marhaba Palace in Port El Kantaoui, and we honestly have nothing but praise for this hotel.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that keeps everything fresh and tidy.
The main restaurant offers delicious and varied food, with a wide selection that caters to European tastes while also giving guests the chance to try authentic Tunisian specialties. A big highlight is that much of the food is prepared right in front of you, ensuring fresh and hot options every day. Bottled water is available without limits, plus one complimentary bottle per person is delivered daily to the room.
Although we didn’t spend much time at the pools, they were always crystal clear, well-maintained, and the surrounding areas spotless. The beach, however, was our favorite part – wide, sandy, and equipped with plenty of sunbeds and mattresses, which the attentive staff set up for you on arrival. The beach was consistently clean, with staff regularly collecting any litter, and what truly impressed us was the beach bar service: waiters walked along the beach offering drinks directly to guests – something we haven’t experienced anywhere else!
Most of the staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming, even after long working hours – a true testament to their dedication and hospitality.
Still, we would especially like to highlight Mr. Bassem at the reception. He genuinely made our stay even better and is one of the main reasons we are writing such a positive review. When we encountered a minor issue with our first room, he immediately arranged a new one and went out of his way to apologize on behalf of the reception and the hotel. Professional, kind, always smiling, and above all highly capable – he is a shining example of excellent service and a real asset to this hotel.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Marhaba Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Tunisia.

We had a fantastic stay at Marahaba Palace in Tunisia! The staff were welcoming and the service was excellent. The animation team made the evenings so much fun, the shows were a real highlight and the kids absolutely loved them. A great hotel for families, we’ll definitely be back!

The Animation Team, life guards, waiters, and reception are amazing. The Animation team work tirelessly and so hard as do all the staff. The foam pool party was amazing, white night very good too. I have never been to a hotel with such attentive staff as here. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling.
