Wonderful staff and highly recommend the massage. Much cheaper prices than in England and the massage manager is a highly qualified gentleman who also gives advice on exercising to improve your particular problem.
Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are happy to help you with a lovely smile.

Friendly staff really
Clean rooms and toilets
Swimming pools are very good
Overall experience is very good
But the place need some maintenance
And never eat there, the food is really horrible
But after all it's a good value for money as an affordable stay in sharm el shiekh

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would — this place truly deserves it. My experience here has been excellent, and a big reason for that is the incredible team.🥰
The staff are truly wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They respond quickly to any questions or requests, and you can really see how much effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. Their teamwork and positive attitude create a warm and welcoming atmosphere every day.
The food is also a highlight. Breakfast is fresh and varied, with different side dishes served daily. Lunch and dinner are just as enjoyable — well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented, with good variety throughout the menu.
I want to give special recognition to the staff for how hard they work. They are on their feet all day, often in long-sleeved uniform shirts, even in the heat, and still remain professional, kind, and energetic. It’s not easy at all, and they truly deserve extra appreciation — and honestly, a bonus — for such demanding work and dedication.
Thank you to the whole team for your care and effort — it really makes a difference.❤️

I stayed at Falcon Hills in Sharm El Sheikh for one night after deciding to book it on a whim due to a disappointing experience at another property.
The location was convenient, although there was ongoing road construction in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a definite plus.
However, several aspects of the stay were quite frustrating. The food selection lacked an authentic Egyptian touch and seemed more tailored to European tastes.
One of the biggest challenges was the lack of reliable WiFi coverage across the property I had to purchase an eSIM just to stay connected during my short 36 hour trip. Since I needed to work, this was a major inconvenience, and honestly, if it weren’t for the swimming pool, I might not have stayed.
I had also requested a late checkout in advance due to a late night flight, but despite confirming beforehand, I was required to check out on time and leave my luggage at reception.
I ended up spending nearly 10 hours waiting in the lobby without being offered a courtesy room or even a beverage, which was disappointing.
My booking only included breakfast, so I expected to pay separately for other meals.
However, I found the experience uncomfortable as I was repeatedly approached by waiters reminding me to pay for lunch and dinner, which felt unnecessary. I was fully aware of my obligation, and the approach came across as overly persistent.
Additionally, lunch and dinner needed to be paid out of pocket, with a preference for cash as card payments incurred additional charges. Even basic amenities like water were chargeable, and none were provided on my first night.
Overall, while the room size and pool were highlights, the lack of service, connectivity issues, and additional costs made the experience less comfortable than expected.
