We enjoyed our visit. The food was quite good and we liked the fact that guests are entitled to have dinner in several restaurants.
Our room was always clean and the staff was very friendly.
We would have appreciated if there had been still water with good quality. We used to take our own bottled water after tasting still water that was undrinkable.
The construction works took place at our corridor and even in the morning and in the evening they used to work. Once we were not able to get to our room because there was so much dust that I didn't want to walk along there with a child!

Lovely hotel, staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms Lovely and clean, however our floor was having a lot of work done which would start as early as half 7! Would have been nice to have been told. There was a sign in a lift but otherwise weren't informed. Also, not told how to use the lift system, but once you know it's easy and safe to get around.
4 of us stayed in 3 rooms, the two sharing had a double bed and two bathrooms and one of us on our own had two bedrooms with two bathrooms which to us didn't make sense as to why they did it that way but it was fine.
Food was overall good, the other guests were the issue. But everything was kept topped up and refreshed quickly. Only there for 4 nights but no complaints. Wouldn't stay for lunch though as the day we did it was underwhelming.
Definitely want to go back, although an hour from Valletta you're right by the bus station which can get to you all round the island.

I checked out today and I loved the hotel, the service was great. Any problem we had reception was quick to respond and resolve. Room was nice, some are definitely nicer than others & different size balconies.
However all clean, nice touch with the vanity kits and sewing kit in the bathrooms. WATER PRESSURE IS AMAZING.
Unfortunately because of the season the rooftop pool is closed and only the indoor pool is really used by guests at this time of year. Lovely relaxing sauna and steam room.
Gym and spa is lovely too.
The food isn’t amazing and we was expecting more from the multiple restaurants they advertise, these need to be booked and aren’t open everyday.
The drinks from the Kosy bar are good, staff very friendly. But I’d recommend asking for extra mixer because the drinks are incredibly strong. (Not necessarily a bad thing 😉)
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would return in the summer seasons 🇲🇹😁

The hotel itself is very clean and the bedrooms and communal areas are kept spotless. The staff all have great customer service and the bar and cafe-bar are excellent, the only thing that slightly lets it down is the restaurant.
The food itself is very good with a wide selection of dishes including vegetarian and vegan options, the only real problem is the lack of essentials in the restaurant like cups/ bowls for breakfast. Every morning there was a wait for a few clean cups to arrive leading to some guests choosing to take their own into breakfast with them!
Surely a small investment into some extra would be well worth it. Despite this the staff deal very well with how busy it gets at times.
The gym is great and the pool areas are also good ( but outside ones closed in winter)
Overall a lovely stay with just a few small tweaks needed.

Can’t wholeheartedly recommend this hotel until the renovations are complete. Unfortunately I wasn’t told about the construction beforehand, so was surprised when I arrived and went to the room and heard the extremely loud drilling. To reception’s credit, they kindly switched me to a different, larger room on the other side of the hotel - but the noise was just as bad. Drilling from 8am to 6pm every day except Sunday doesn’t make for the most relaxing holiday…
The restaurant was amazing. It’s impressive that they manage to maintain a high quality of food for such a large number of people - and the staff are incredibly hardworking. I would often see the same team at breakfast and at dinner, for days in a row; always polite, always efficient, even when the restaurant was super busy. And kudos to the chefs who manage to vary the dinner menu each day, reusing ingredients in inventive ways to reduce food waste AND giving us tastes of local dishes.
Amenities: the gym is available 24/7 for hotel residents, and is great - lots of machines. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were pretty small and therefore crowded, but it’s probably fine in peak season where people can use the outdoor pools. Steam room and sauna were very small but clean and properly hot. Didn’t seem like many activities ran, but it’s also off-season.
Some service training might be useful. I asked reception whether the indoor pool was inside the gym; she said to ask the gym because she didn’t know. Similarly I asked how to get to the restaurant and was confusingly directed to the wrong set of stairs.
Location: there isn’t much around other than other resorts and restaurants, but you can take the bus to Valletta (€3, 1hr trip) from the bus stop only a few minutes from the hotel.
Would definitely recommend confirming the renovations are complete before booking! But if you can get a good deal, then it’s good for a quick break.
