Such an amazing hotel!! Katerina, Lia, Demetrius, and everyone else were so amazing. They treat you so great from the second you walk in the door and they basically planned our whole itinerary for us. They’d even call and make our dinner reservations for us and would make sure we’re always doing well. They picked us up from the port when we arrived off of our ferry and they gave us transportation everywhere we went. The food and drinks were also amazing. I felt like I became friends with so many of the workers just being there for a few days. They make you feel so comfortable and I would visit Santorini every year just for this hotel. 10/10 recommend!

Happy with this choice!! Staff made the experience wonderful. Georgia at the front desk helped me plan my time on the island and found me an excellent boat tour. Super friendly front desk and great service at the delicious breakfast included. Poolside bar is open late!
Good location if you want to be a little outside the hustle and bustle and close to the bus station to easily get around the island. If you want to be in the midst of the restaurants and shops, then it’s not for you . The absolute quiet and serenity was just perfect with a 10 minute walk into the center.
Note that it’s not the caldera view - it’s a water view to the other side of the island.

Astro Palace truly delivered one of our most memorable hotel stays in Greece. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and incredibly comfortable.
Pros:
• Unmatched Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely special and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
• Great Location: Just a short walk to Fira center, yet tucked away in a quiet area—perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything.
• Generous Upgrade: We were kindly upgraded, which made our stay even more enjoyable and added such a lovely touch to the experience.
• High-Quality Suites & Pool: The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the pool area was just as impressive. Everything felt truly five-star.
• Dog-Friendly: As pet owners, we especially appreciated how welcoming the staff were to our dog, Nugget—he got so much love and attention, which meant a lot to us.
Suggestions for Improvement:
(Not exactly cons, but areas where there’s room to elevate the experience even further.)
• Breakfast: While the breakfast was decent, we feel there’s room for improvement—perhaps with more fresh options like fresh-squeezed orange juice, a wider variety of fruits, or local specialties.
• Cocktail Prices: Big shoutout to Dimitris and Nikolas at the bar—they were fantastic and really enhanced our experience. That said, cocktails were on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for some guests.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff, the setting, the room—everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Astro Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious, pet-friendly stay in Santorini. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Loved our villa, perfect for a family of three though would say the pool and stairs are not small child friendly. The bedding can definitely use updating, and while there is plenty of outdoor seating on the two balconies and private pool area, wish there was more seating in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Booked all excursions and tours through the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay at Astro Palace. Room and exterior are very clean. Pool was too cold to swim in June, but was nice to lay on the lounge chairs with drinks from the poolside bar. Very friendly and helpful front desk; Georgia helped us plan and book a day trip around Santorini. Breakfast buffet has a ton of options, and the waitstaff are extremely friendly.
Location of the hotel was a bit farther than anticipated from Fira center, requiring a 10+ minute uphill walk on a busy street. This is the main reason for removing a star, just wish one could take Astro Palace and place it on the Caldera.
All in all, solid 4 star hotel.
