This place is pure magic. We had an unfortunate situation and had to move hotels on short notice. The staff at Astro Place were quick to help us in our situation and were beyond kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The room was spacious and even had a private dip pool. The room was also extremely clean. We were assigned our own private pool area which we loved. The on site restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet offers many choices. The best part of Astro Hotel was Costas. After meeting me once, he remembered my name and during our entire stay, he greeted me by name. We called for extra towels, and I am not exaggerating when I say by the time I hung up the phone, the towels were delivered within moments. My kids and I even joked that Costas was waiting around corner knowing that we would be calling for extra towels. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If and when we return to Santorini, we will be booking a room at Astro Place.

This place is amazing! We stayed here the first weekend in April, the first weekend they were open for the season! The staff is the best part. Kostas, Katerina, and Hope treated us like friends, with such kindness. They upgraded our room for us and went out of their way to help us all the time. The breakfast is amazing- you can order a speciality coffee and omelet (however you want it) at breakfast too. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The location is about a 10 minute walk into Fira, but we preferred that because any of the closer hotels to central Fira don’t have ANY parking, and you end up parking forever away from your hotel and walking much further anyways just to get to your hotel. But Astro palace has its own parking lot. We looked at like 10 hotels and called them too, and none had parking except Astro. It made it so easy. I’m 8 months pregnant and it made all the difference. They also come get your luggage for you- also so helpful. The pool is also just amazing. I wish I could stay at this hotel for every vacation 😂 thanks so much for a great trip!

Beautiful clean, very warm friendly staff, very good breakfast choice and restaurant, 7 min walk to main Fira centre/bus station. Easy to Airport using Bus. Fira is Easy access and the hotel is away from the main city noise.

My wife and I had a great stay at Astro Palace! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and gave us great tips to make the most of our visit in Santorini. We had lunch by the pool and the food was delicious. Our waiter was very nice and was very accommodating when I mentioned I had a food allergy. Then at breakfast, the same waiter specifically sought me out to explain the different foods I could eat and couldn't eat. This was just one example where the staff went above and beyond to make our experience incredible. We would definitely stay again!

I am going to be in this hotel at end of Sept but so far they have been so helpful over the emails. Eugenia has been helping me out, answering my questions about the island and the hotel. she arranged my taxi ride to the hotel. They have been amazing. Can't wait to meet them all and stay at this lovely place.
