Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming environment and clean. We ate at the Kitchen, nice variety on the menu and the food was delicious. Chef Shawn, came out to speak with us concerning my son's peanut and tree nut allergies. He answered all of our questions concerning preparation and cross contamination. We felt at ease after our discussion, that the food was safe for our son to it.
Pool area is nice, the DJ was great and the staff from the Beach Club was very attentive.
We would definitely stay here again.

What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.

The hotel is great, but we encountered some issues.
The bath had hair when we just stepped in.
The room was clean and spacious though.
The walls in this hotel are very thin, we could hear people next door making noise until 2 am, we could hear every word. After calling a front desk to solve this issue, they promised to send a security there. Not sure if they did, but couldn't sleep until 2 am. I had to go to the neighbors and tell them to stay quiet.
The pool was amazing, water slide was the best attraction there.
I'm not staying there next time.

The Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando has a beautiful ambiance, with a fun and lively rock and roll theme. The unlimited park passes were a standout feature, offering convenient access to Universal Orlando. However, despite the charm and park benefits, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The room quality, especially for the price, was disappointing. In comparison, the rooms at Cabana Bay Beach Resort are larger, more affordable, and offer a better view. Overall, the value for money at the Hard Rock Hotel didn't quite match what I anticipated.
The parking experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando was inconvenient. There were no clear elevators from the parking lot to the building. I had to walk down and around the parking area, then back up to the front to re-enter the building, all while managing a stroller. If elevators existed, they weren't clearly advertised or easy to locate. This made navigating the hotel particularly challenging with a stroller and luggage.

This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.
The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained
We stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!
The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!
