Great place to stay. Staff was amazing and helped us in a major time of need. Our room at the Holiday Inn Express down the road sold our room that we had reserved and told us to leave. My parents called this location at 1am explaining our situation. Staff was AMAZING. They were able to help us get a room and some rest. They were super compassionate. Definitely would come here again.

Realized I've stayed here twice and haven't left a review. I guess it's true that good experiences usually don't prompt people to leave a review. The rooms are spacious. Love having a table and microwave for the kids. The shuttle buses rarely needed us to fold up our strollers which was cool when it happened. The customer service is amazing. Housekeeping also always amazing. Is this the waldorf, no. But for a 3 star hotel it greatly exceeds my expectations. We usually stay on site and mostly at deluxe level but this has also been great when we want to do a lower cost trip.

I did not have a pleasurable experience here from start to finish. I requested a mobile key (at 9am) several hours before the actual check in time (4pm) and never received notification of the mobile key or that my room was ready after being told that I would be notified when my room would be ready since I did show up a tad early (1pm).
Also, one of my biggest pet peeves is being solicited to for something I didn't ask for or want. I did not care for the Hilton Honors Vacation Club spill as soon as I walked in the door.
The rooms were a nice size but some of the furniture seriously needs to be cleaned as there were stains on several pieces of furniture in the main living area. The TV in the bedroom was a lot smaller than most hotels.
On my final day, I woke up to no hot water at all. I called the front desk as I needed to prepare to check out to get to the airport. I was advised that the engineer would not be available until later in the morning. No other solutions, suggestions or anything else was offered and was pretty much hung up on by Tania. I found her to be very curt and rude. As a Hilton honors member, Hilton and hospitality employee myself I found her and the experience as a whole to be unacceptable. I highly doubt I will stay at this property again.

This hotel was chosen for its amenities. There is no actual restaurant, no room service, no pool bar and I intended to spend a week of relaxing by the pool with a book but it was closed for a “photo shoot” without warning. Apparently the family in the photo shoot and their children were enjoying their day. Pillows have no stuffing but bed is comfortable. Between the lack of advertised amenities and the traffic in this area, I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking to spend a vacation relaxing.

For a family of 4 that needs 3 beds & walking distance to Disney Springs, this place is perfect. Suite rooms are spacious. 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. Small sitting area with mini fridge and sink. Room updates feel fairly recent, modern. We did not eat breakfast buffet but we did get a $30 credit we used at market where they serve sandwiches and fresh fruit. FYI We are Hilton Diamond, so that may be why we get that credit. Not sure. Drip coffee was free and decent for hotel coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is ample and $25 per day. Pool area is under construction fyi.
