We are staying here right now, the room is very basic a few hangers for your clothes and that’s it no draws at all had to leave most of our clothes in the suitcases. Breakfast is either Luke warm or cold, just asked for some pancakes went away come back and they were cold. Even the cooked breakfast was cold. Went to the rooftop bar in the evening for a drink fancied a coffee was told the machine was out of order so would have to go out if we wanted one, but it was working for breakfast???. The rep came on the weds and she did manage to get us a kettle. I personally would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This break was supposed to be a treat for our wedding anniversary was very disappointed to say the least

We had a lovely 8-night stay! The room was spacious, with a balcony and a good shower. The only downside to the room was the two single beds that were pushed together to make a kindsized bed - the beds are on wheels and move around easily, making some activities an Olympic sport 🫠 Apart from that, the beds were comfy to sleep on. AirCon was great, and we never had issues with the temperature in the room even though the temp outside was 46C. The sky bar is very nice too with lots of drinks to choose from. It is almost completely dead at night, which is great for a nice chilled evening after dinner. The location is good and close to the beach. The hotel itself is on a quiet street away from the chaos, but keep in mind it is the German part of the island with lots of drunken party goers. All staff members were very friendly and extremely helpful! ... except for one lady who was consistently rude and miserable, of course. The guys on reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, and the cleaning/maintenance staff were all lovely and nice! Thank you! The breakfast is OK - there was a coffee/tea/juice machine which was ok but there was also some proper coffee you could order for about €2. The choice of food wasn't big but you could find things you like. The best part was the chef who was there to cook eggs however you like them - this was the star 🌟 of the restaurant for us! We had quite a few hours after checkout before our flight, but we were offered to leave our bags in the storage room and go to the beach. You need a €2 coin for the storage as a payment, not deposit, which we didn't have but the lovely guy at reception helped us with that too!Later, we were even given towels to shower and get ready before our flight, which was very nice! Overall, this hotel was a great experience 👌

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Honestly, I am surprised by the fantastic quality (for the really low price). Trying to do it in a nutshell: it's modern, has cosy interior, it's not massive like other hotels but neither a tiny hotel, all spaces are very clean, service is REALLY good (I'm not used to good service in Spain, but they were all wonderful), we had a beautiful room with sea view, a rainshower, have not detected any noises, only felt good vibes in the hotel, the breakfast is ridiculously wide ranged and of good quality (till 11am!!) in a cute courtyard garden, not yet to have mentioned the rooftop... it's amazing! It has a small pool with 'infinity' effect, the whole rooftop has wide views over the sea, the mountains and Palma city. It's not crowded (at least in June it wasn't), the sun beds are great, there's a bar where you can order all kind of drinks and lots of real good cocktails (they bring it to your place with pleasure!!) and even some snacks for lunch :) Don't forget to go there during sunset too, views are amazing from there. Only small things to mention: no small set of shampoo, shower gel etc in the bathroom & the area isn't good. Don't go there for the area, go for the hotel and enjoy the rooftop and rent a car or go to Palma to get out of the area :)

Room was clean, only thing was the shower door/frame was broken at the bottom. The location is great, super close to the beach and to the bus that takes you into the city which was also easy to use. Near a lot of good food and lots to do. Breakfast was also pretty good, just make sure to get there early so get the most out of it. The front desk team was super helpful and knowledgeable.
