Start to finish the resort was wonderful! The smaller atmosphere allowed for a more personal touch with the staff! The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Italian restaurant offered an amazing menu , and our group returned several times! Silverio, our server went out of his way every night to ensure every detail was perfect! He felt more like a member of our table, than the staff! Impeccable service! Truly this resort is a hidden gem!!!!

Lovely hotel and staff. The only issue we've found is that you have to pay 500 pesos for kitchen utensils and cutlery as they don't come in the room, not ideal when you have children and haven't got the all inclusive package. Rooms were cleaned very thoroughly and very friendly staff on site. Andrea and Erick were very friendly and kind to our children, keeping them happy at breakfast. All in all we had a great stay and the beach and pool were lovely.

Had a lovely time with friends for a five day getaway at the Fives Oceanfront. We booked the all-inclusive package and enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. The staff, particularly Erick at the beach, made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. This hotel is ideal for those seeking relaxation in a smaller setting. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, you might prefer a larger resort. However, if your goal is to indulge in delicious food and unwind on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfect. The rooms were very nice and provided a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. Plus, the location—a short 10-minute walk to the main town of Porto Morelos—was ideal. Exploring the town's restaurants and shops was a lovely way to pass an afternoon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a laid-back escape with just the right amount of everything!

The Fives Ocean Front was amazing! Our room was immaculate and had an ocean view. Our stay included breakfast, it was great to have more than the continental breakfast. Each morning we had the option of fresh juice (green juice was our favorite) an intro option- fruit/ oatmeal and a main dish. Options included omelette, chicken and waffles, Mexican style egg options and eggs your way. Didn’t feel limited and chose differently everyday of our stay. The staff was excellent and took great care of us. Erica Greeted us with a smile at check in and gave us an intro of the hotel she was super sweet.! the staff in the restaurant in the mornings also provided amazing service. George to us he was Jorge. He was our favorite! Beach crew did great, checking on us for drinks, special shout out to Emir and Angel. We will definitely be back!! Only complaint was our keys not working the last night of our stay. We got in late after celebrating my birthday and our keys didn’t open the door. Took and hour to get it resolved, maintenance had to work on our door and the lock lost charge. The staff did a good job resolving it. But was not great end of the night when we were ready for bed after a long day. The town is small but we liked this. Felt safe the entire time. Even when walking back at night.

Came here after a mega resort wedding and this hotel was an exceptional experience. The Fives Oceanfront is boutique inspired, clean, modern, and the all-inclusive package is hands down the best value you could ever hope for. Exceptional food, especially at the Italian restaurant. Many thanks to Alejandro, Diana and Riccardo for their incredible hospitality and hard work. We will be back!
