You get what you pay for - would question this being a 4* hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a great spa and gym. However, overall disappointed with our stay. The swimming pool is nothing like the photos, the service is sub par and the lifts can barely fit 2 people. Oh and whatever you do, don't waste your money on food by the pool.

Too expensive for what it is, a piece of the ceiling in our room fell off and almost hit my friend on the head. We also experienced floor-wide power outages twice. The walls are thin so I could hear snoring from another room, and the room’s phone rang annoyingly for no reason at 00:30 every night. When we tried to complain they treated us poorly, Pako from the night shift asked my friend why she would complain and told her to do it another day - he clearly did not want to do his job. Overall, this is a really disappointing experience. I am actually shocked this is a 4-star hotel. Stay away from Sallès!
The only saving grace is the location, but even then it’s not a great option if you’re looking for a vibrant night life.

I recently stayed at Sallés Marina Portals Hotel in Mallorca, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired 😒 This hotel falls far short of its claimed 4-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel, including the facilities and rooms, is outdated and could easily pass for a 1 or 2-star establishment.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the showers were not only outdated but also dirty.
One major issue I encountered was the thin walls; it was nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from neighboring rooms. Safety was also a concern as the spa facilities were old, dirty, and notably slippery, which posed a real danger.
However, I must give credit where it's due - the breakfast was indeed great in terms of quality, but the inconvenience of it opening late was disappointing.
In summary, for the price charged, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it fails to meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment!!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at Sallés Marina Portals hotel. We had a trouble-free check-in, room was clean and seemed to be freshly renovated, though quite compact. Bathroom on the other hand was huge with large walk-in shower and handful of amenities. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BREAKFAST with changes in the offered menu every day, live cooking station, variety of ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits and dishes to choose from (6 different hams every day, at least a couple of choices of cheese, changing selection of warm dishes every day). Easily walkable distance to the marina and the beach (maximum 10 minutes of walk for a typical person), plentiful of good restaurants around as well as shops. There are four free parking spaces in the front of hotel, as of Oct 2023 hotel offers 7EUR/day parking at their premises or there is a municipal parking on the corner. Definetely recommend! :)

We had a family week away in July 2023. Weather was amazing. The hotel has been refurbished and looks vastly better than when we stayed last October. The staff work relentlessly to keep all the guests happy. Great location near to the port. Lots of lovey restaurants to choose from for dinner. Special shout out to Gio who always has a smile on his face and remembered us from our last stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks
