The rooms are pretty nice for the price we paid. They even have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I stayed in a double bed room. The rooms are pretty spacious! There were also two of us.
The front desk service can be warmer, friendlier, and smile more to give a welcoming feeling to set the tone for the hotel. I’ve only seen 1 person working even when it’s really busy.
Their buffet is really good! They have pretty solid food for this type of hotel! The service is really good too! Everybody says good morning to you when you enter! I really liked Joseph! He would go above and beyond!
I stayed here for 5 days for a convention. This hotel has shuttle pickups and drop offs. They also have complimentary shuttle service to universal studios but you’ll need to book 24 hours in advance.

We stayed for one night with family, booked two rooms. The check in took a little while but not too bad. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking on site. Even though we had one booking, the two rooms were very far from each other, in different buildings, which was disappointing as we traveled with two elderly ladies and thought we would be close by. But it was just one night so we didn't complain. There is a restaurant on site and it was very good with excellent service and good value. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the mall with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants.
The rooms are a bit dated, more like a vintage motel style. But they were reasonably clean and everything worked. The checkout was as simple as dropping the key card into the box and we were on our way. Good value and enjoyable stay.

It's a little dumpy, and we could hear people walking by our door all night, but the location is in pretty good proximity to Universal. Not bad for the price. Also, there's no included breakfast and the hotel restaurant is overpriced. The on-site convenience store was nice to have as an alternate though.

The hotel was clean & quiet (late April). No complaints. Due to its great location (lots of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance), it's more of a place to crash than a resort to enjoy staying in.

I showed up at 6:30 pm with a prepaid reservation. The hotel would not check me in because they were having computer issues. At 10 pm I went to a different hotel. They refused to refund me for the nights I was not able to stay here. I finally got a refund for one night instead of two after three months of hassle. Do not stay here. Plus, the hotel is very tired and needs to be renovated. Right next to a very loud highway. Worst lodging experience in recent memory.
