The 2 bedroom luxury suites are very nice. They are basically two adjoining rooms. Each room has its own living area, which also contains a small kitchen. There are no dishes of any kind, but I read that you could ask for them at the front office. The heated pool is open from sunrise to sunset. The breakfast area has lots of seating. It is mostly breads, pancakes, and cereal. Each morning, there was at least one type of protein, such as greek yogurt and sausage or eggs. The location is great. It is easy to get in and out of and close to many places to eat. The area felt very safe. You have to have your room key to enter the building and work the elevators. Parking was convenient.

Overall, it was serviceable for a short stay to visit the Universal parks, but for the price we paid I was underwhelmed.
Our non-club suite (intermediate room class) was spacious and clean, but dated. The beds weren't the most comfortable, and no comforters were provided. Oddly, the kitchen features a stove but no cookware, or even plates/glasses/silverware. Housekeeping only every three days was also rather stingy, especially for non-long-term guests. Worse yet, certain items (ie towels) could be picked up at the front desk, but others (ie additional shampoo) could only be delivered to your room. There didn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it, at least from a guest experience prospective.
The breakfast was decent but had limited options - no meat options were served any of the four days we ate there.
The included park shuttle was appreciated, but only offered one outbound and inbound time per day, and the inbound time was ridiculously early for anyone looking to spend a full day at the parks (5 pm).
Lastly - NO gym access included, unless you get a top-level club suite! This was utterly ridiculous - I've never been to a hotel that offered a gym but only to certain guests.
Service was friendly, location was convenient, and the facilities were fine overall. Just a few simple changes (daily housekeeping, properly stocked kitchens, a few options for shuttle times, gym access for all) would make this an excellent choice and a great value.

If you notice the review about the two bedroom suite is a regurgitated review that was left four times! This place is awful. Clearly having people send fake reviews. The deposit here is 250. Which is outrageous. Carolina and Debra was the people in charge. I had a crying infant while they pretty much pushed me to the side. Insane. Do not stay here. Location great but the hidden fees. Run away

My experience there was disgusting. We had a wedding to go to in Orlando, I chose this hotel because I wanted a hot tub. The room was ok upon inspection. The bed was comfy. I turned the AC it wasn't hot but it never got cold. The hot tub wasn't working when we got in. I called they said they would send someone down to check it out. Nobody came, so walked up to the the front desk, Brenda tells me that she will call maintance. They finally got the jets running the hot tub was lukewarm at best. No clean towels for the pool. Breakfast was awful. Later that night we were laying down in bed, my friend was eating some candy we found a roach in the bag of candy. I told them at the front desk she kept the bag with roach in it. She told me that the manager would be in touch with me. We checked out Sunday today is Wednesday so call. I am very disappointed I would give it a zero star of I could.

I have stayed at this Wyndham at least five times in the last year however this last visit has been an absolute nightmare. As I was checking in Martha was very rude I explained to her my room was already prepaid because I booked it online She made me pay for it again then I had to pay a deposit that she said that I won't get back. As we were doing the reservation she walked away to speak with another colleague and was talking about us. Once I completed the reservation She ignored us for about 10 minutes before she came back to help us. Then as she checked us in she booked us all the way across the hotel. This was not the room I paid for the first or the second time. As we finally got into the room and was getting settled a guy walked into the room. He didn't announce his self he didn't knock on the door He just walked into the room and when he walked in and saws he said oh my bad I'm maintenance I'm here for the tub. I just can't express how much customer service training needs to be redone at this particular location. It has been over a week and I am still waiting to get my money refunded to me from the second reservation that Martha made me do I'm just so disgusted and frustrated I won't be back.
