Positives are that the rooms are very clean, newly refurbished and come with all the basic amenities required. The front desk staff were friendly and resolved a minor issue with our TV very quickly.
Sadly I could not recommend this hotel as the soundproofing both between rooms and into the corridor is awful. You can hear every word discussed by your neighbours in their room, along with all the floors throughout the hotel being hard floors you can hear people walking around, the cleaners moving furniture etc. The lack of soundproofing means you feel you have no privacy within your own room and affected our sleep on several nights due to loud, drunk people arriving back to the hotel throughout the night.
Its such a shame that an otherwise nice hotel with great staff is ruined by the complete lack of soundproofing.

We are staying in a studio with balcony. The apartment is clean and well appointed. There are toiletries provided in the bathroom (hand soap at sink and hair/shower gel and separate conditioner in the shower) and dish soap, dish towel and everything you need for basic cooking, fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Smart TV that you can cast from your apps on your phone and comfy beds. The pool area is lovely but the pool is freezing (it is April though). Really close to the beach, bars/restaurants and supermarkets and buses which can take you to other towns. Would recommend. ✨

The accommodation is kept spotlessly clean, rooms very spacious with lots of wardrobe space and comfy beds. Lovely pool and reception area and really pleasant staff.
The major problem is a clear lack of sound insulation. It felt as though our neighbours were in the same room, you could hear the slightest noise which kept us awake 4 out of 7 nights. We were moved part way through the week as it was early season and so had no neighbours for a couple of days but when guests did arrive it was the same issue.
Such a shame as it will stop us staying here in future.

Just returned from 2 weeks at Palmanova Beach Apartments and we had a fantastic time.
Lovely relaxed vibe around the pool. Friendly, helpful staff and extremely clean, well equipped apartments. Lots of helpful extras like beach towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc so if we come again we can bring less luggage! No charge for the safe, good TV channels and decent cooking facilities for if you want a night in to chill. Location doesn't get any better if you like being central to everything.
Thanks so much for looking after us, we will definitely be back!

It's good if you travel all day and only come back to sleep. It has small kitchen, so you can make your food. Reception is very nice.
We had broken toilet, had some really bad smells, they moved us to another room. But i think they knew about the smell before. If we had good room from the start, it would be 4 stars.
