***Avoid like the plague***
The main problem with this place is that you can't choose whether to have hot or cold air in the rooms. Given it is so close to the airport one needs to have the balcony door closed to avoid the noise. The hotel chooses whether it is hot or not and you just have to put up with it . So if, like me, you want it to be a bit cooler you basically have 2 options - don't sleep because it is too hot or don't sleep because you have the door open and it is too noisy with the aeroplanes. Terrible

Very enjoyable stay. Rooms cleaned daily to a very good standard, a/c cold as ice, good breakfast and dinner buffet (however more variety between days would be more appreciated). Evening entertainment (every other day) was to a very high standard. Outdoor pool is not massive, but wasn’t too crowded, plenty of loungers, so we did not experience morning craze of loungers ‘reserving’. Staff was amazing, very very helpful

One of my favorite hotels of all time. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the view from the room was incredible. The value outweighs the price without a doubt. The front-desk don't speak great English, but we were able to communicate what we needed to. It's a bit far from Palma, but we were still able to walk there and there's a nice bike path/sidewalk that takes you there right along the water. Given the opportunity, I'll stay again.

The front desk accidentally charged me 200€ above the room price. I asked for the extra charge in cash so everyone wins (at this point it’ll eat into my budget as a solo traveler), they refused and told me it would take 1-2 business days to refund me (which they gave me a receipt for) and I’d still have to pay again. Nothing I can do at that point although I didn’t believe it would take 1-2 business days because no bank does refunds that quickly. I stayed for 3 nights and leaving the hotel, I wanted to speak to the manger about the delayed refund. She wasn’t around and I was going to miss my flight so I was told to email the manager. I did, and surprise surprise, NO RESPONSE. I called, no answer, so I contacted my bank and the hotel lied and said ‘she approved of it so there’s no more information to provide’. I stayed for 3 nights and they took a total of 1046€!!!! I was there in July and I’m still having to deal with this situation in September, my bank is asking for receipt of refund to close the case (which I thankfully kept otherwise I was going to be out of 610$!).Bad customer service just AWFUL, I feel SCAMMED! Rooms weren’t even really clean and the beds weren’t comfortable. The pool area is alright, overall I did not enjoy my stay, it was stressful. Don’t stay here, there’s other hotels in the area and pay in advanced through an app or with cash if you do choose to come here.

We stayed for 8 nights and we had a great time. Rooms were cleaned every day really nicely ! The staff was helpful and friendly. Manuel at the reception is a really cool helpful guy. Food was ok, we had half board and I can say we were generally satisfied with the range of food. Entertainment every other night was fantastic too !
