This hotel is old and not 5 stars, only 3. The food was monotonous, but there were enough drinks. Rested at the end of the season ( October), so the hotel was dirty. The beach was not cleaned at all, the sand was terrible ( full of rubbish). Sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses were old and dirty.But the worst thing is that the cleaning lady STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! She pulled them out of my purse, which was lying in a drawer!!! The response of the staff to the complaint was inadequate, the woman who is responsible for complaints behaved very rudely, immediately switched to Turkish ( although we are foreigners and don’t understand Turkish language)! SHAME ON YOU!!! The administration also did not solve this problem, the stolen money was never returned and they didn’t even apologize!!!! Don’t recommend this hotel!!!

Upon arriving at the hotel first impressions were good. Hotel looked nice, lobby very modern and reception area also very good. Quick check in and helped up to room with our luggage. Rooms are generally nice, decent sized balcony and always kept clean, minibar also stocked daily. The food is awful, breakfast is the same everyday and dinner only changes with what meat is served. Lots of people got food poisoning on our stay due to undercooked chicken and food being left uncovered. The staff are in general quite rude and do not speak good English. Other guests are mostly Russian, German, Dutch, Polish and Turkish and are all rude towards English people or people from the UK. One man pushed my 7 year old daughter on the stairs to water slides. Pools are quite small and are crowded but still enjoyable. Beach is good and moon bar excellent. The service at this hotel though is not 5 star, more equivalent to 3 stars. The staff do not go out of their way to help you and no one goes above and beyond their only duties.

we went to this hotel through an agency, I can't say anything else that it made our holiday wonderful, availability, excellent staff, truly wonderful food, 10 praise view, small entertainment, the terrace including a bar with a crazy view, transport to the guaranteed city center!

Everything was really great! The rooms are clean and beautiful, they are constantly cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the offer is plentiful. The desserts are amazing. I can only recommend! We'll be back!
