This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the rating. Feels like more of a 3 star.
Service is very poor with rude and unmotivated staff who clearly don’t want to be there. I accidentally banged my head on the wall because the ceilings were so low (I am only 5ft 4) and when I went to report it to reception, the lady was very unhelpful and was unwilling to find me an alternative room or tell me where to go to get medical help. She just said to go and complain to my travel agent.
One of the supervisors at the desk even told me “you get what you pay for” and said to me how much I was paying per night as if that was a small amount. I booked this 5-star resort with the all inclusive package, what more could I have paid for!?
The rooms are outdated and small. We don’t feel like guests being here because of the attitude of the staff. You come here on holiday expecting to relax and be treated as a paying guest but instead you come here and get made to feel like you’re a burden to them and that the sooner you leave the better!!

Ramada Resort Side in Turkey offers a mixed experience with several highlights and some drawbacks. The rooms are notably clean and well-maintained, with attentive cleaning staff ensuring comfort during your stay. However, there were issues with the cooling system in one room, leading to spoiled milk—a disappointing inconvenience. Additionally, while the resort boasts various amenities, including a stocked minibar and diverse food options, the on-site shop prices are exorbitant, with a can of Red Bull priced at an eye-watering 3 euros.
The staff members present a mixed bag, with some demonstrating exceptional service while others seem less accommodating. Notably, Urdu, responsible for entertainment, stands out for his exceptional hosting skills, particularly during dart games. The pool area impresses with its cleanliness and ample sunbeds, complemented by a private beach accessible via a convenient shuttle service.
Dining options are plentiful, with a wide array of delicious food choices, including an impressive selection of cakes. The resort bar is well-stocked, offering a variety of drinks and cocktails to suit all tastes. For families, the children's swimming pool with slides provides ample entertainment.
However, the main drawback lies in the sound insulation of the rooms. Thin walls make it challenging to sleep peacefully, especially when neighboring rooms are noisy. Despite this issue, overall, the experience at Ramada Resort Side is positive, with many enjoyable amenities and activities.

Great hotel. Extremely clean. Great staff. Very friendly people. Only thing negative was the food. Very bland, same food everyday, odd variation. Not all food labelled. They really didn't cater for people with allergies eg not allergy gluten-free vegans vegetarians. Not a very good hotel for all inclusive if you have the above limitations like we did. They were extremely rude while you were eating they would just remove the food from the serving tables and switch off half the light in the restaurant not thinking twice for the guests . Also no ice cream and jelly for kids at all!!!!

Good : Most of the staff are friendly, lunch and dinner have a good variety. Very nice pool. Good shops on site.
Bad : Air conditioner in the room didn't work. The beds are very hard and the balcony didn't lock properly. Breakfast is just a variety of different types of egg.
Ugly : Our room was just off the foyer which was excessively loud until 2-3 in the morning. (Video Attached, this was inside our room with the door closed)
Supposedly a superior room, whatever the difference is. Probably wouldn't return, glad I only paid £200 for the week.

The staff members are always very pleasant and helpful ,the food is good a great variety of courses, the beach bar is great and the staff there is the best. You can walk minutes to the beach or have the most funny experiences in the mine bus ,the conductor is adorable.
