Our vacation at the hotel lasted from April 09 to April 16, 2024.
Euforija Palm Beach Resort is a true paradise! Amazing resort feeling! From the first minutes of our stay at the hotel (we checked in around 4 am) we felt the warmth, sincere attitude, care and goodwill of all the staff. This feeling did not leave us until we left. The service was amazing, everyone was literally bustling around and were responsive and polite at the time.
All work of the hotel is organized at the highest level (24 hours a day), from the landscaping of the territory, the location of facilities to service and the professional competence of all the staff of Euforija Palm Bich Resort.
The interconnection and mutual assistance of all service areas (regardless of the position held), which is aimed at meeting the needs of hotel guests, is visible to the naked eye.
Everything is at the highest level: the location of the facility next to a wide beach, with all the amenities and a varied number of lobby bars and snack bars in a colorful green area, a huge number of swimming pools, mini-clubs, attractions, sports grounds; gorgeous animation from joyful animators; Spa salon with friendly and professional people, food - the food is varied, every day there is something new and in huge quantities, competent chefs cook in front of the guests; Bar bartenders and waiters serve delicious cocktails, beer, hot and refreshing drinks around the clock. Super dinner on the A la carte.
Daily and thorough cleaning of rooms with arrangements of towels and flowers.
Huge respect for the work of the supervisor.
The organization of excursions and the work of guides deserve attention.
We had a very good holiday for body and soul! We were pleased to get to know Turkey, the wonderful people, customs, culture and traditions of the Turkish people! Many thanks for your hard work and kind hearts! We hope that we will return to you again!

From the moment we got here the staff have been so incredibly nice and welcoming, room could do with a little updating but again not much time was spent in the room, areas around the pools/spa are really clean and nice, Mehmet booked me into the spa and it was the best decision I made, what I need to get the holiday started and then he looked after me the whole holiday and checked in on me :)

Our room was good but could have been cleaner in the bathroom. The food wasn‘t really that tasty and everyday they served the same food like there wasn‘t diversity. The pool was colder than the ocean which is not that nice. The baby pool was also very cold for babies it‘s too cold they might get ill. But there was also very much free food like u could ice cream everyday and drinks and some cool snacks. The shows weren‘t that great either nothing special, would be cool if they would have more interesting performances of every kind. All in all tho it was very a pretty hotel and made me feel comfortable. We had a lof of fun.

We chose this hotel for our stay last week, but unfortunately, our experience was not very satisfying.
One of the biggest disappointments at the hotel was the incredibly limited variety of food. It seems that when they hear the word 'dessert', they only think of cake and baklava because we didn't see any dairy desserts during our 4-day stay. Not even pudding! :))
Additionally, the restaurant area was seriously crowded. If you don't arrive within the first hour, finding a table is almost impossible, and if you come late, you might find the food offerings quite plundered. The rooms seem to be stuck in the 2000s. Our wardrobe door was broken, the hairdryer unfortunately didn't work, and there wasn't even a toilet paper holder. The most unpleasant surprise was the ants. Our bathroom was overrun by ants, and they had even made their way into our toothbrushes.
The only thing I was satisfied with at the hotel was the alcohol, and the staff was quite attentive. However, the animation shows were quite inadequate.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was not what we expected. I would recommend staying elsewhere for the same price for a better accommodation experience.

I spent a week at this hotel with my family during peak season, from 19 to 26 July. We left with pleasant memories. The hotel is somewhere between the strong three star and four star category. It is spread over a huge area that can accommodate a lot of guests. The pools were never crowded. However, there were always small to large queues at the meals and bars. The reason for this is that the number of staff is half of what the number of guests would require. The staff everywhere work very hard, for which they deserve our thanks. The food is basically good but nothing special. There was always something to be found. The cocktails are delicious. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant and lobby bar, which was disturbing. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the restaurant didn't really work, it was often sweltering hot. It is worth trying the coffee in the cafe, it was very good and the chocolate milkshake too! The rooms were spacious but quite old, and fortunately we couldn't really hear the neighbours. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the last two days we had unexpected guests: ants appeared. The best thing about the whole hotel was the well-kept garden! It is really very nice. The beach is really very pebbly and rocky, and there are even some big pieces of concrete in the water 1-2 meters from the beach. Unfortunately, beach is not the best, but the pools were ok. The hotel is located in a small village, where it is not really worth going out of the hotel, unless one wants to buy overpriced fakes in the bazaar. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away where you can buy everything for a fraction of the bazaar price. All in all, we had a good time, but we would definitely not go back here again, as we have been to much better hotels in Turkey (sixth time holidaying here).
