Just superb. I've travelled a great deal and can't remember anywhere better. On the first night, instead of having to prop ourselves up (pretty exhausted) at the counter, we were taken to a table, given drinks and dealt with the paperwork in comfort. Meals and a chilled bottle of wine were waiting in our room. The layout and architecture, spread out over a hillside and abutting 4 private beaches is stunning. The sea water is so clear it might have come from a tap. The food was excellent. The staff charming, friendly and helpful. Even the beach showers have mixer taps, so you can rinse the sand off with water of your preferred temperature.
The only problem: we'd only booked a week and wished we'd booked longer! Didn't want to come home.

Great place. Very beautiful scenery. Pool is nice, sea is gorgeous. Facilities are in great shape and service is as expected for a 5s. Room was very space full, jacuzzi and steam room also worked fine. Very clean , very neat. Great for families, not for hot blooded youths though.

Great place for the stay, wonderful views, many different restaurants, bars, water sports (boat rental, water sky, jets ski) and sport activities (tennis, gym). At some point the resort experience may feel “all same” but then client restaurants and shops help. The rooms were nice and spacious, some with steam sauna, private pool and bath. Breakfast and lunch was rich and tasty.

I'm sorry but it's not close to what we expected and I'll list everything:
*The good things:
The staff was wonderful, everyone always helps with all their heart and gives excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning beach and very quiet (I wouldn't say it is suitable for large families). The food is good but not at a very high level although nothing was missing (it all depends on your expectation when you booking a five star hotel...).
*The bad things:
If you don't take the rooms with the pool the other rooms are simply shocking!!!! The furniture and conditions are very old and it’s not called vintage! There is a very fine line between vintage and neglect, unequivocally! The sofas are torn apart, the mattresses are old and dents (I slept in a hole in the center of the mattress), the air conditioners are very old. Our air conditioner in the room was simply broken without the possibility of adjusting the temperature. It only works if you put it at 16 degrees above It's simple enough. The TV is so old that it doesn't even have HD. (Again, I don't mean the vintage TV from the 90s in the shower, because that was actually beautiful) again I’m in 5 star hotel… in a 5-star hotel it’s part of the standard to have a good quality smart TV no!?
If I close a 5-star hotel, I expect a level that matches the rating, otherwise I would go to any other hotel...
After 4 days in this hotel, in my personal opinion it is a 4-star hotel with high-level facilities, but this is not the definition of a 5-star hotel.

3 star at best, unfortunately this hotel seems to have had its day in the sun. Good location with nice olive trees and beach area, most of the staff are attentive. However the 'pool / beach' area was good but the staff in these areas often couldn't be bothered, reluctant to give you a beach towel etc. The room we stayed in was dated, canteen food is high volume, poor quality. The holiday is half board but have to pay for drinks with the evening meal, still water 4.50, sparkling for 7 euros. we took a bottle of water for evening meal one day and felt like we had committed the crime of the century, told off, glasses removed from the table and a member of waiting staff watching over us for the next 10 -15 minutes. We didn't ask about the soft drinks, wine or beer as had a feeling they would be extortionate. Overall not a terrible experience but wasn't quite what we expected.
We didn't require them but the hotel doesn't appear to have wheelchair access to a lot of the 'facilities'.
