Hotel is located in a calm area. Hotel have free bus service to the beach every 10 minutes. Room was big and nice, the hotel was clean, the personals are very friendly, and the food was excellent. They also have restaurant on the beach with good selection of food included in the all inclusive package. A really good hotel for families. Have nothing to complain. Will shure come here again.

Really lovely hotel, having a wonderful time with my family. The staff are all amazing! Friendly, polite, helpful. They’re the best! My only reason for giving the hotel a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 is simply because it’s not on the beach. This however is not a show stopper as there is a free hotel shuttle bus that runs every 10 mins. The waiter we had at the beach restaurant was also really amazing and attentive. The pizzas we had were delicious. My second reason is that the rooms need soundproofing. The person in the room next to me is a snorer and it sounds like he’s in the bed next to me, not in the next room. Thirdly, thereason for the .4 star rating is down to the lack of entertainment, but this could be down to the fact we’re here at the start of the season, so it could get better, otherwise I’d suggest more beach activities and water sports from paddle boats to more adrenaline fuelled options. Lastly, the evening entertainment finishes at 9.30 (except for the nights when the disco is on). There needs to be more family options after 9.30, even if it’s to turn the entertainment room into a pop up cinema and hold a film night.

This hotel looks beautiful however we had a room with a blocked drain and it was smelling the whole week we stayed. We had to sleep with the door open. We got the all inclusive deal but the food options were not great. They had the same food every night and didn’t cater for people with allergies. The staff are not friendly and didn’t try to help us when we asked.

The hotel is very good we come with family the hotel 10 is 10. The entertainment also good and very friendly mini disco and show very funny. Every day they have show always different show. Entertainment manager Fatih and animation team Havva Ikra Sofia and Tala very good person

I don’t usually do reviews but Arnor de luxe definitely needs to be appreciated for their high standards of hospitality. I have stayed in many full-board hotels but this has got to be the best. I spent so many hours reading reviews about several hotels in Side and decided to give Arnor a try - and I was not disappointed. Main pros: - Staff - always attentive and willing to help. Everyone here is so lovely and approachable. - Food: the food was fresh and had a wide range of selection to pick from. Also the full board included food provided at the beach, poolside and lobby area - a win for a me!
